The fellas did a great job. Were very professional and got me on & out of there within 20 minutes. Cost me almost $500 less then when i get oil changed at Audi dealership. Will be back !

Joseph, Rick, Ben, and Craig were amazing. As I pulled in, we had some bad weather and ended up in a Tornado Warning. We spent a half hour in the basement cracking jokes and telling stories. They made me feel at home and I will definitely be back. You have a customer for life.

great service no wait experienced tech. $133 for 6 qt synthetic. $45 air filter. 151st and Antioch. No complaints but I usually pay $80 but decided to go ahead with Jiffy bc no wait and about to go on trip. They really are good at this location they check for leaks and explain what they are doing.

The quality of customer service was the best I’ve ever had. Everything was explained to me in a manner I understood, so I could made an informed decision as to the service I needed for optimal maintenance. Rick took the time to teach me how to access my dash settings. Nobody has ever been able to explain things so perfectly. I’ll keep coming back to Jiffy Lube for as long as I drive a car.

I have had my oil changed at many places but this location is by far the best oil change service in the Overland Park/Kansas City area! The new general manager replaced a headlight for us for at a heavy discount even though it ended up being a more complicated job. They changed the oil for us on two of our company trucks quickly and efficiently. They answered all of our questions and maintenanced our vehicle in every way possible. Every employee was highly professional. Dont waste your time with other places if you live in the area. Just make your life easy and come here!
