Friendly staff

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I come to this location all the way from Manhattan whenever I need anything, they are quick, thorough, and so lovely!

I always have fantastic advice here! Everyone is nice and happy to explain what’s going on.

I had an over torque drain plug stuck on the oil pan. They have the ability to weld to the drain plug to remove it after the plug 10mm socket connection was damaged. They were able to put a better quality oil drain plug in and perform the needed oil change. The price of the service was well worth having to replace the entire oil pan on the motor.

Fast and friendly, didn’t push any upsales on top of requested service.

Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. They let me request an estimate on my battery before doing work and confirmed the price was okay with me. They were amazing and i will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend!

Jiffy lube. Not often you go somewhere where the people are pleasant to speak to. People at auto zone were not pleasant to work with. Informed me they could change my car battery if it was easy enough. Guy looked at battery in my car said it’d be easy to change. Then sold me a battery then told me he couldn’t change my battery. Went over to Jiffy Lube and they were very informative and changed my battery for me with no issues. Super friendly and all around great experience

I went to Jiffy Lube to see if they could check the fluids and tires because I had to apply a lot more of the brake on my car than what I'm used to. So the service technicians checked the fluids and the tire pressure in all the tires and said that everything was fine with the car. And, I asked them about the brakes and they said that the brake fluid resovior was fine and that I didn't need any more brake fluid. But they told me to keep an eye on the ground and check to see if there are any leaks from the braking system for the next two weeks. And if there wasn't any improvement in that amount of time, I was told to bring my car back so that the service technician could test drive the car to see what's wrong with the brakes.
