Due to the fact that I had prior obligations that day I showed up at the jiffy lube an hour before closing, needing to get my breaks done. The guys there stayed behind and helped me even though they closed in an hour! I love the hardwork and dedication shown by those men. 10/10 work!

Came in for an oil change, and I got in right away. Staff was friendly, professional, and did their best to get me the best deal. Was in and out in about 25 minutes.

Robert the manager is extremely kind and professional. Very helpful. He explains what's needed and I've never had a complaint coming here. 21st and ridge location

Johny, Brad, and Robert were both very informative, guided me along what the problems were, and ensured I was getting what I needed for the right price. They treated me like a person, and not just a customer, and actively conversed with me, which was a very warm welcome.

Repeat customer who knows cars; today they saved my wife a huge bill, had she taken it elsewhere. Over the past few years, these guys have earned our trust, and are my first go to for all three vehicles. Mike, and now Robert and Johnny...really, all of the guys are knowledgeable, honest cats who care about their customers. If they say you need something, you need it. And they will also tell you when you don't. A rarity in the Corp. race to the bottom.

As always jiffy lube is my go to! Johnny in the shop and someone named Robert on the phone were very helpful. They saved me money on an oil change I didn’t need yet, topped off my fluids, and washed my windows. 10/10.

I’m really grateful for the service I received! Just before a big snowstorm, I ended up with a flat tire while running errands. With only a limited amount of time to get back home (45 miles away) to pick up my kids from school, I was in a bind. Sam's Club had a three-hour wait, Walmart was unavailable due to staffing issues, and the local garage was overwhelmed. Feeling discouraged, I received a recommendation from a woman at Walmart to try this Jiffy Lube. She kindly called ahead, and the team was ready for me when I arrived. They discovered two nails in my tire, patched it up, and had me back on the road in just 20 minutes—just in time for school pickup! Robert and the other two staff members (I wish I had caught their names) were quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend their service, and I now know where to turn for help in emergencies in this area!

Diff fluid change. $209 with 100 discount, not cheap but the front diff oil on my 4WD SUV had never been changed so better safe than sorry with winter here!

They where able to help me break my keyed lug nuts ?? and didn't charge me for it! Very nice guys both Robert and Brad are awesome!

Super fast, good service with a coupon. A guy even vacuumed my front floorboards. I did ask for two tires to be aired up and it didn't happen. Overall good experience.

August 21, 2025 I hit a huge pot hole in the city of Wichita, KS. Blew my tire out! Thankfully AAA put my donut on for me and I was able to drive to my favorite Jiffy Lube place. The guys there are kind, considerate, and explain everything that’s wrong with your vehicle in detail before they start working on it with the permission of the owner. These guys ordered 2 new tires and put them on, and aligned everything for me so I was safe to be on the road again! Thanks Jiffy Lube ( located at Ridge Rd and 21st St. N, just past Quik Trip) for fixing my tire and making sure my car was good to be driven again!!

Very professional and service amazing. Being in the service business myself it’s nice that you can actually talk to the mechanics and it’ll be like talking to a friend that’s literally giving you quality service. Highly recommended.
