Great experience! They were very fast, great customer service, comfy lounge to wait in, kept and clean, and even washed and vacuumed my car for free ?? definitely coming back when I need to!

Recently visited and have nothing but good things to say. Service was exceptionally quick and they were nothing but kind and professional. All props to the manager George. He makes the environment there so much better!!!

George over at the Maize location at Jiffy Lube is amazing. Super professional, honest, and made the whole experience easy. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in doing great work. Best service I’ve had at a Jiffy Lube. Highly recommend asking for George if you go in!

George last week was wonderful.... brought my jeep in during lunch had me in and out and back to work. Come back in a few days later with another car same thing... I called the one on central (couldn't remember which one I had went to before, and ask if I could ve out within a certain time frame) I was told first come first serve you snooze you loose then hung up on me.... called here on Maize and got right in... Will come back here from now on!!! George is a wonderful person to have working there.

George and his team at the Maize Rd. Jiffy Lube did amazing! The last oil change I had was at Ridge and they suggested I get my tires rotated, among other little add ons. I was already hesitant since I thought my front tires were not as wide as my back. Staggered Set Up. I let them do it, but right after I started noticing a rubbing sound from my front fenders!?? George helped correct this issue today with his outstanding customer service! They truly show care for their work and customers here at the Maize Jiffy Lube!

George and Brian are the best. I needed a starter replaced and the online video made it look relatively easy. When I got started it was way more involved than I anticipated. I called George and they got me in within a 1/2 hour. I left my vehicle with them since the starter was near the hot exhaust. They did a great job getting it done and I would highly recommend using this location for any service required on your vehicle.

I needed to travel into Wichita today to meet my sister and realize that she had some desperate maintenance that need to be done. George was able to get us in right away squared away and taken care of. My sister also needed tires and does Jiffy Lube offered quite a deal on tires almost $200 cheaper than the tire shop next door. Very thankful for him getting us back in good shape and on the road. Peace of mind, knowing we were very well taken care of. This will be the only place we come to when we’re back in town! Thank you, George, David and team. If you need tires, these guys will get you in and out quicker than the shop next-door.

Hey Jiffy Lube, you got something good going on here. I’m asking two things. 1) If you take George to run the entire region , like you should, please replace him with someone just like him. 2) Please don’t mess this up. Absolute great store with excellent customer service. Without a doubt, the best mechanic shop in Wichita. Mostly because of George’s leadership.

This is the only jiffy lube I will Go to. Went to one off Kellogg for an oil change and had a terrible experience. They over charged me. Decided to try a different location. The Jiffy Lube in Maize is by far the best place in Wichita to go. Came in just for an oil change. The manager George was fantastic. Didn’t talk to me like I was stupid and didn’t try to do me dirty. Told him about how much another place quoted for my brakes. He gave me a better quote and I’ll be back in two weeks to get that done. The whole crew is great. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Honestly, it was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had at any business, even compared to places I've worked at. The guys there were so awesome and reassuring and helpful. George, Brian, and Mitchell were all super nice and amazing and did such a good job and had excellent customer service. Please, by all means, go here to get your car fixed up; I guarantee that it is worth every second and cent.

Awesome service

When I checked in and asked for a full synthetic oil change on a Saturday afternoon, my car was in the shop in under 5 minutes. The manager, George, asked if I had a coupon, and when I said no, he offered one to me anyway and gave me an $80 discount. Fast, professional, and courteous service. I will definitely be back!
