I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price for service was good. I would recommend them to anyone.

My car has some issues and I was able to get in and the staff walked me through the issues and helped me out to get me on my way.

I had my oil change done here and it’s very reasonably priced and the guys there Are all very professional and assist you with anything you need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for My vehicle services

Today had an oil change at Jiffy Lube on West Central and Ridge in Wichita for the first time. All the workers were super nice, polite, and explained details about my 2017 Buick Encore when I asked questions. No pressure but showed me physical proof of extra things I need. Their waiting area and shop was all clean and organized. I feel confident to return for future services.

They found a better coupon for me than the one I had, vacuumed my car mats, and told me they could top of my oil-burning Subaru whenever I needed it. What more could you want? The employees were all personable, too. We won't go anywhere else now.

Love the guys here! I come here whenever I need an oil change, when one of my lights come on, or even when my window won’t roll up! Carl always makes sure me and my car are taken care of! I have been going to this location for a long time. The service and level of professionalism is the best.

Synthetic oil service - 2015 MINI Cooper Countryman ALL4: The service itself was extremely expeditious! It was the fastest oil change service I had ever had done on any car I’ve ever owned (This being the 42nd) The staff was welcoming, courteous, and even though one of them was in training, the patience exhibited by the instructing staff to the new hire was also commendable. My only objection is the cost of this oil change. I don’t know if it’s because we are in a rural part of the country, and European cars are just not that common, or the expectation is that if a customer has a European car, they’re just going to pay more for services. But I knew I was in trouble as soon as they said “…the coupon that you qualify for is $50 off.” I ended up paying $112 for an oil change and yes, that includes the coupon so the actual price was $162 for a synthetic oil change on a 10 year-old car. That amount is more than DOUBLE what I paid for the last oil change on the same car in California. That strikes me as odd. So I don’t know if this means I need to trade in my car for something domestic since I now live here in Kansas, or if I need to shop around for a better price in oil change… Or maybe because this particular Jiffy Lube is a franchise, their pricing structure is different ($40 for tire rotation!?!… Which I did not get done), not sure that I will be a patron at this particular location again. If not for the staff and the welcoming environment, the conversation that we had, and perhaps my girlfriend being with me and the most I could manage was a deep sigh and an eye roll ?? at the pricing… I would not be giving the positive review and star rating that I am. I recommend them… But not for a synthetic oil change and certainly not with a European made vehicle. 8.5 out of 10 Recommend. -J

Highly recommend for fast, quality service. And they do accept coupons.

They were there immediately as I pulled in and I didn't have to wait. They put air in my tire for free. And when I came back and had to get the screw taken out of my tire Great service.

I have been going to this Jiffy for over a year now and I will not get my oil changed anywhere else. Carl and his team always provide quality service. When I took a car to Firestone, they left the cap off of my transmission and I had to buy a new car. When I took my car to the dealership it was purchased from, they left the oil cap off and it was JiffyLube who rectified that mistake. Carl’s team always make sure to be upfront and clearly communicate my cars needs. I have been to other JiffyLube and no one provides as good of service as this location! Thank you guys!!

Everyone was very polite and explained to me everything that needed to be fixed in my vehicle. I was originally in for an oil change and was able to ask about other things that had me concerned. They talked to me before working ion everything one step at a time to make sure I wanted to spend the money to get it fixed. I appreciate the professionalism Carl and his team gave in Wichita, KS.
