Thorough, efficient and timely job. The mechanic, Jesse Taylor, who serviced my vehicle was knowledgeable, and made sure everything was checked out. He noted and explained about things that should be addressed.

I came to get my tire plugged and Bailey, the GM, told me it was 29.99. I said that’s too much and was leaving. Bailey opened the door for me and started to explain that they do more than plug. They will scrape it and put apathy on it then balance the tire. I was very impressed. I changed my mind and had done. Jiffy Lube on Versailles road in Frankfort Ky. is where I will be going from now on. The place was clean and they had coffee and water for me too! Thank you.

Great service at this jiffy location. Tech was was out within 30 seconds of my arrival. Assistant manager worked with me through entire process and GM came out at the end of my oil change to make sure that their survice was to my expectations. I will return here for all future services needed.

Jim and Sam were wonderful this morning when I went in to get my oil changed. They were friendly, efficient, explained and showed me everything my vehichle needed. I will come back to this location for services.

I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube! The service was incredibly fast, and the staff was professional and friendly. I loved the transparency; they actually showed me the condition of my air filters and battery percentage before asking about replacements. I really value that kind of clear communication and will definitely be returning!

The boys here are very nice and pleasant to deal with. One worker even scrubbed my front windshield cause it was very dirty. Thanks guys! Will always come back!
