Excellent service can not be beat

Super professional, plenty of time, even even though they had to order my parts, it was still great timing. Good work and very nice. It couldn’t have been a better experience in my book

I was in and out with an oil change and tire rotation and everyone was very professional.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube, they disnt treat me like i was a female that was stupid and im thankful for that. They will absolutely be getting my business again!

Very fast service, and everyone was focused on doing a good job. Customer service was excellent. I very much appreciate how the lady that checked me in made a point of asking if I had a coupon. I had just gotten off work and was so tired that I had forgotten about that. She saved me some money when she didn't have to, so I will definitely come back. I also appreciate the time that one of one of the servicemen took to reset my change oil light. It's apparently a complicated and arcane process on my car, and the previous place I went to didn't bother to figure it out. He did.

My buddies and I are on a road trip from Alabama to the Air Force Marathon and realized that the KIA dealership in Montgomery Alabama completely failed on the oil change, only loosely putting the oil plug back in. So we lost all the oil on our trip up. Caleb in the on duty manager, not only professionally completed a new oil change on the spot, they gave us an extended military discount due to the circumstances. First class treatment by a first class organization for some Air Force travelers when we needed it most!

Great overall experience at Jiffy Lube in Georgetown, by the Walmart location. The customer service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and professionally. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable car service and great customer care!

First time I’ve used a shop to complete an oil change on my truck and I am impressed. They went through the motions and completed the process in a matter of 20 to 30 minutes. They didn’t hound me with needless or excessive upscale attempts. Based on my initial impressions I will be using this location going forward.

Some of the best and kindest mechanics and technicians available All with huge smiles despite the heat today. This is my first time at a Jiffy Lube, but definitely will not be my last. Thanks yall

Love going to jiffy lube! Got my oil change there today and they were very kind, informative, not pushy, and offered me water while I waited. I normally feel intimidated going into car places, but I always feel comfortable and at ease at jiffy lube. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but found a few issues while doing the service. Did a great job explaining everything and was able to get things fixed in a reasonable time for a fair price. Would definitely recommend!

I would usually not go to an establishment so close to closing time; But, this time I did. The staff took really good care of me, they didn’t seem bothered at all that it was so close to closing time. They did a great job, very polite & friendly. Definitely recommend!!!!

The georgetown, ky jiffy lube is amazing. Miranda and Jeffy always go above and beyond to make sure things r done correctly and quickly. Thank u both so much for all the work u have done on my vehicles over the years. I highly recommend the Georgetown, Ky location. And a great big shout out for fixing the issues that happened at another location. If it hadn't been for Miranda and jeffy I don't think it would have been corrected. Again I would definitely recommend the Jiffy Lube in Georgetown, KY location.

Always great service. I’ve had four cars serviced there multiple times. Staff are friendly and informative and never pushy. If I go in and say I need an oil change, that’s what they do. They don’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t request. I had another issue with my wiper fluid not spraying, and they looked into it for me, told me how much it would be, but didn’t push me to have it done there when I told them I had a warranty through the dealership where I bought my car. Cant recommend them enough. I had my oil changed there this morning and I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Staff are very polite and helpful ... I don't feel as if they are trying to sell me everything in the shop. They are also super fast!!
