Love going to jiffy lube! Got my oil change there today and they were very kind, informative, not pushy, and offered me water while I waited. I normally feel intimidated going into car places, but I always feel comfortable and at ease at jiffy lube. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service!

Very friendly and helpful! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but found a few issues while doing the service. Did a great job explaining everything and was able to get things fixed in a reasonable time for a fair price. Would definitely recommend!

I would usually not go to an establishment so close to closing time; But, this time I did. The staff took really good care of me, they didn’t seem bothered at all that it was so close to closing time. They did a great job, very polite & friendly. Definitely recommend!!!!

The georgetown, ky jiffy lube is amazing. Miranda and Jeffy always go above and beyond to make sure things r done correctly and quickly. Thank u both so much for all the work u have done on my vehicles over the years. I highly recommend the Georgetown, Ky location. And a great big shout out for fixing the issues that happened at another location. If it hadn't been for Miranda and jeffy I don't think it would have been corrected. Again I would definitely recommend the Jiffy Lube in Georgetown, KY location.

Always great service. I’ve had four cars serviced there multiple times. Staff are friendly and informative and never pushy. If I go in and say I need an oil change, that’s what they do. They don’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t request. I had another issue with my wiper fluid not spraying, and they looked into it for me, told me how much it would be, but didn’t push me to have it done there when I told them I had a warranty through the dealership where I bought my car. Cant recommend them enough. I had my oil changed there this morning and I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Thank you so much, Jiffy Lube. I went in right before closing didn’t have any money. They help me switch my tire put my donut on for free and also told me the problem.

The service was fast, and Douglas along with his team exhibited a high level of professionalism. They not only addressed and resolved my issues but also helped me with features of my car that I was previously unaware of. I had thought Jiffy Lube services were limited to oil changes, but they offer a much broader range of services. I definitely intend to continue future business with them!
