Kevin at Jiffy Lube provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, caring, considerate, and easy to talk to. From the moment I arrived, he made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed, and he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the service. He clearly walked me through the work being done on my car, explained the payment process, and made sure I understood everything before I left. What really stood out was how genuine and thorough Kevin was. He never made me feel rushed and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire visit. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Kevin truly sets the standard. If you’re visiting Jiffy Lube, I highly recommend asking for Kevin. He made what could have been a routine oil change into an exceptional customer service experience.

Great experience, the guys there are quick, efficient and friendly with the oil change. They give a clear breakdown of issues with your car and what’s major vs minor. Definitely my favorite jiffy lube

This Jiffy Lube location is super convenient in the Meijer parking lot. I'm able to get a little shopping done, completing two tasks on one outing. The service team is super friendly and fast, turning around my vehicle in about 10 minutes. You can choose to wait in your vehicle, in the clean comfortable waiting area, or by visiting Meijer, Culvers, or another business.

Such a sweet and understanding team. 100 star review!!
