Best service in town

My name is Patricia Daugherty and I was all the way across town. I am a senior citizen and I am also a diabetic all of a sudden my car got hot and I was all the way across town and I stopped at Jiffy Lube and I will say that they were the kindest, most compassionate people in the world. I had a water pipe that was came apart and they went and got apart for me. They fixed it. They were the Kind of people in the whole world I will always be grateful to them and when I need my oil changed and when I need fluids in my car, I will drive across town And let them take care of it. The young lady who took care of me was the most wonderful person in the world and I can’t say enough good things about Jiffy Lube on Lane Allen Drive.

When I came in with an AC problem and I just wanted to get an overall checkup on the car, the job was handled efficiently and I got results. I was treated with respect, which always gets me a vote of yes. I will come back.

I thought one of my tires had a hole in it so I stopped here after work. They didn’t see anything at first, but after they put it up on the rack, they found that the wheel weight was pressing into my tire causing a slow leak of air. They were able to fix it quickly and everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable.

I arrived shortly before closing, expecting only to ask about a good day to return for service. A dash light had appeared indicating the need for a new engine filter. However, the agent said that he could change the filter immediately. About 15 minutes later, the work was completed.

Had 4 new tires mounted/balanced/installed. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. $24.97 in "shop supplies" for a tire install seemed a little high to me, but overall the total cost was fair.
