I visited this location 3x this week. I needed an uber inspection. 1st visit they didn’t have any forms available. They told me to come back the next day and the inspection would be free. Came back the next day and some young guy took 30 seconds to inspect my brakes and told me he wouldn’t even start the inspection because my brakes were bad. I took time off work the next day to get my brakes replaced. The tech at Toyobros told me I was crazy; brakes were almost new. Went back to Jiffylube for the 3rd time this week and the mgr made it right. I got the inspection and he said he wouldn’t even start talk to the tech that caused the issue. At the end, the tech gave me a qrcodr to scan and asked for a 5-star review. I let him know that was going to be difficult.
