Great customer service

These people were well knowledge very friendly the place was clean fast and efficient if I ever go back to Kentucky I'll stop there and get my oil changed

My go-to spot. Minimal upsale, perfect service and professionalism. And their honesty is great, as someone who usually maintains my own vehicle, it’s nice to not get sold things you don’t need. I won’t sincerely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quick and easy oil change.

The staff at Jiffy Lube found out that my battery was leaking acid! They cleaned it up and replaced the battery. They rotated my tires and giving me an oil change. They also gave me a senior discount and were very kind.

What a great experience. I trust this store and its staff, what a relief it is to find trustworthy mechanics. The staff has always been great to work with. Chris who is the manager, Lacey who is the customer service representative, and Rob who is the ASO, they together work as a team to make sure every customer is treated like a member of their own family. They all are very enthusiastic, honest, and possess great work ethic. They will go above and beyond to ensure you have not only a great experience but are educated in the product and process, they truly care about the customer here at this location. 5 stars and will return. Thank you Jiffy Lube for hiring such great people.

We went to 3 places to get my battery replaced and told they couldn't, or didn't have time. Pulled up 5 minutes to close and they said, they could do it no problem. THEY DID IT, WITH NO PROBLEM!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BRING MY VECHILES HERE FROM NOW ON!!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS AND MS LADY FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!
