I came in to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and had such a great experience, especially because of Lacy! She was extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the whole experience so pleasant. I was genuinely very pleased with her service and will definitely be coming back. Honestly, I can’t wait to come back just to see Lacy again! ?? She’s a wonderful representation of what great customer service should look like. Highly recommend!

I have my oil changed there when needed. I have an issue with one oil change and it was addressed and fixed immediately. The young lady (asst. manager) is amazing.

Very professional very friendly customer service

Was very nice. Only problem was it took a bit longer than expected and seemed like they were having trouble getting a couple parts off and back on. Hope everything is back on correctly. But all in all good experience.
