Someone greeted me as soon as I pulled in. The man that assisted in gathering my information was very friendly. There was a nice waiting area to sit in while my vehicle (very quickly) was worked on. I could see my vehicle the entire time. The communication was great and the process was quick! Would recommend!

I stopped by this Jiffy Lube while I was out of town and trying to get back home, a three-hour drive. They had no idea, but I had already been through a stressful few weeks spending time at the hospital with a loved one, so I was honestly pretty overwhelmed. The entire team immediately jumped in to help. They checked my oil level, looked over my tires, and made sure everything was good so I could safely make the drive home. What stood out most wasn’t just the service—it was the genuine courtesy and care from everyone there. Their customer service and teamwork were obvious from the moment I pulled in. In a moment when I really needed a little peace of mind, they gave it to me. I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism, and I highly recommend this location to anyone who values great service and good people.
