Today was my first time at Juffy Lube here in Radcliffe, Kentucky. Miss Vanessa took care of me. Not only promptly but also careing, informative and professional. She made sure I got what I need and made me feel being not only a needed customer but valued and wanted. They gained a new family with multiple care as customers today. Looking so forward to be part of the Jiffy Lube Lane :)

Tye looked out for me throughout the process of my oil change. From offering me water before I even pulled in to keeping me engaged and updates on the diagnosis. 10/10 I recommend and this was my first time coming to this establishment. So you guys have a new customer for sure !

Great fast service. Communication between each other is insane like a multi part machine. Tye took care of me and was in and out within 10 min. Best customer service in Radcliff.

Curtis and Tye were extremely helpful when my car drove over something in the road that knocked the splash guard off. We were able to get back on the road in no time.

I called Tye and informed him that we just hit something on the highway and needed to get the splash guard clipped. They took care of us and put us back on the road.

Tye provided excellent service! He replaced my tire valve stem quickly, was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate his great customer service and would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube because of him.
