My first time getting an oil change at Jiffy Lube. The staff was kind and courteous. Also had exceptional service.

Kevin knows how to create a repeat customer. Came in for a simple oil change. Before leaving, he made sure my coolant and wiper fluid were topped off in exchange for a bit of banter. Absolutely recommend for quick maintenance and great service.

I absolutely love the Westport rd location in Louisville Ky, they are extremely attentive and made it a point to tell me things that most younger people don’t know like having to get your car serviced every 100,000 miles; beyond that they made a point to explain everything they were doing and what needed to be done further (if anything)

Have used the services of this Jiffy Lube frequently over the past 7-8 years, and have never been disappointed. It’s convenient, and the techs are knowledgeable and courteous. I will continue to patronize, and would highly recommend this business.

Had oil change on Audi noticed leak on driveway. Took back to jiffy and they went above and beyond to clean and verify all was right diagnose leaks etc. Cleaned my skid plate throroughly. Even got a bottle of water. Great service. Stand behind their product.

Wonderful service. They have this guy there named Naya who keeps a smile on his face and keeps it moving. Everyone there seems to be pleasant ?? and knowledgeable! And to boot the place is very conveniently placed on that corner of Hubbards and Westport. That you Jiffy lube!

Oil Change with Great Customer Service! I went specifically to this location due to their great reviews. I interacted with 5 employees all of whom were extremely friendly! They took care of the oil change and air filter replacement. Great place!

CAM WAS AMAZING. I was running late coming from work and I thought I was too late. He didn’t make me feel bad about getting there so close to closing. That man greeting me with a smile on his face and was extremely nice. Thank you CAM for being great I will most definitely be going back. Give that man a raise.

Today l noticed the air pressure light on in my car while l was nearby and stopped at 2 gas stations whose air machines took my money but neither worked. Saw Jiffy Lube and l am a customer in New Albany. The place was busy with cars lined up and the manager had me pull behind a car and had one his techs check my tire pressure and the light went off so l knew l was safe. No charge and l was on my way in less than 5 minutes. That’s why l use Jiffy Lube thanks to the team at this location

I would just like everybody to know that this place is amazing today. The entire crew was very polite and they got the job done. I got two tires and oil change and wiper blades replaced.

They do great work!!! A lil slow to get me in but it’s cause they where short staffed but did awesome work and will DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Absolutely impressed with the staff here! They were efficient but very detail oriented as well. Naya and Jordon were fantastic to work with. I’m usually skeptical of most mechanics but they were great at explaining everything going on with my car and what they recommended. Will definitely be back in the future.

Surprise survice

Kendall, Justin, and Chris (Hope those are spelled right/right in general) were AWESOME!!! Super nice and entertaining while being professional!! Extremely helpful, this is the only place I’ll go for car related things now. Genuinely the best of the best. ??
