It is so incredibly rare these days to find people who are genuinely nice and do excellent, honest work, but the team at this Jiffy Lube location absolutely nailed it. ?From start to finish, the service was amazing. Shawn, the manager, runs a fantastic shop and is incredibly personable and professional. The entire team was attentive and helpful, but a special shout-out has to go to Naya and Trenton as well. They were both so kind, efficient, and great at what they do. ?They made the whole experience completely stress-free. I want to make sure this crew gets the credit they deserve for providing top-tier customer service. I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance—highly recommend Shawn, Naya, Trenton, and the rest of the staff!

Helped get my car serviced before a roadtrip at a reasonable price!

Shawn was extremely helpful and courteous. He pointed out several lights that were out and coolant that needs to be flushed. I will return for the extras soon but was on my way to grocery and budget wasn’t there to fix everything at time of oil change! Shawn surprised me when he asked me if I would get out of my truck to look under the hood…..he pointed out where an animal had built a nest and had started chewing on wires and plastic battery covering??. He made sure everything was ok before letting me drive off.

This place was so nice and helpful! The power went out right when I pulled in and since they couldn’t do the oil change they told me to come back for a discounted price! I came back and they were so quick and friendly! I’ll be getting my oil change from them forever now!

Excelente servicio y eficientes

I stopped by Jiffy Lube to see of they could help me because I had a nail in my tire and low tire pressure. They said they could fix it for me and to pull around into the open bay. I thought all they did were oil changes but while I was walking to the waiting room I noticed other equipment in the shop. I also needed a tire rotation so asked if they could do that while they had the car up for the tire repair and the said sure, no problem, and let me know it's $19.99. They communicated effectively and routinely, and I felt listened to, supported, and like they truly valued me as a customer. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location based on their current management and staff.

I needed an oil change. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman. Everyone that spoke with me concerning an action with my vehicle explained what they were doing and asked permission to enter my vehicle. Everyone was polite, friendly, respectful, and very professional.

Pulled up 35 minutes before closing (yeah, I’m that person), used my Groupon, and boom, out in like 10 minutes. I was like hold up… is this NASCAR pit stop energy or what?? Also, I was the only customer at that time! Because who else does that? BUT, while I’m sitting over the pit, minding my business, I make the mistake of reading reviews ?? And of course I see MULTIPLE ones about loose filters and bolts… so now I’m in the car CLENCHING like I just bought this car (because I DID) and I’m not trying to see it fall apart on the highway. Then I hear the guy helping me yell down into the abyss: “FASTENED TIGHTLY??” And a voice from the underground goes: “YES SIR!!” I’m like okayyyy teamwork ?? Then they had me start the engine and did this dramatic 60-second countdown like we were launching a rocket ?? I’m sitting there like… if something explodes just know I tried my best in life. BUT, no leaks, no drama, car still alive. We love to see it. Even though has only been an hour. But they surely checked their work Now let’s be real… compared to Valvoline? Valvoline be looking like a whole corporate interview, uniforms crisp, vibes professional… but they WILL try to sell you everything short of a new engine. “Your blinker fluid is low.” “Your windshield looks emotional.” “Your tires are going through something.” Meanwhile Jiffy Lube? Straight to the point. No upsell Olympics. No one tried to sell me 14 air filters and a life insurance plan. Only thing, I kinda wish they checked my tire pressure… but also I didn’t ask so that’s on me ????? Also… the guy helping me lowkey looked like post Malone ?? positive vibes and tattoos! Overall? Fast. Efficient... Like the Walmart of oil changes .. but hey, sometimes Walmart gets the job DONE. No leaks so far, car still running, I’m still thriving. I’ll be back ??
