Came in for oil change and the associates KJ and Lance was so very friendly and courteous thru out my entire oil change. Not only did I receive oil change KJ also advised me of the headlight cleaning options. After he explained to me how it would provide better seeing at night while driving I was a little skeptical. But when he advised me it was a lifetime warranty on it and if I noticed any dulling I could come back and get it redone at no charged. He sold me on it. It has truly been a great visit with KJ and Lance. To whomever eyes this survey is being viewed by please give them a raise. I will be referring my family members also on headlight cleaning. You guys were awesome KJ and Lance. Take a bow for your awesome customer satisfaction five stars.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube! The entire team was friendly, professional, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. They got my vehicle serviced quickly without making me feel rushed, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Their service is always fast and reliable. Shameka makes sure everything is checked and then double checked. The service technicians are friendly and professional. They even triple checked my oil level.
