These gentleman were amazing ! They were knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and completed in a timely fashion. You can tell they are a good crew because there was laughter, jokes with each other and us as well as team work to get the job done! This is a great crew and establishment to get services from!

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Derek and Alex! From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I originally came in just for an oil change, but also asked if they could take a look at an issue I was having with my A/C. They took the time to explain what might be going on and even pointed out a few other things that needed attention—things I had no idea about. What I really appreciated most was how honest and low-pressure they were. I never once felt like they were trying to upsell me, scare me into unnecessary repairs, or take advantage of the fact that I’m not very knowledgeable about car issues. It’s rare to find service like this, and it made me feel comfortable and confident in their recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Derek and Alex to anyone looking for fast, trustworthy, and genuinely friendly service!

Derek gave good info on car service oil change was quick lil pricey than what im use to, but u do get free oil top off's between 3-5,000 miles so thats a plus.

I have been coming to this particular location to get my vehicles serviced for oil changes, for quite some time now. Most recently, I had an oil change after two major oil leaks were fixed by the dealership and two weeks ago. I started seeing puddles of oil on my carport. I drove over to this location to see if they could help me understand if there was a new oil leak, and they discovered that it was something minor as the oil filter not being in completely sealed, however the professionalism And the explanation to help me understand what happened with my truck continues to support that this is a location that you can trust the technicians and the leadership to service your car correctly. I would highly recommend this location because of the trustworthiness I found with the people that work here starting with the manager. Finally, I wanna say that Derrick who serviced me today was absolutely supportive and assured me that I didn’t have a major issue or concern they took care of of what needed to happen today and I will return again.
