A little expensive ?? but it was an extremely thorough and quick oil change. Chelsea was extremely helpful, she was also coaching & teaching Andrew at the time. Great experience, will be back!

Brooklyn, Michael and Raymond (I believe that's his name) were all very helpful and going the extra mile to assist with my oil change. Though there were complications with my oil change, they went above and beyond to see what they could do to help on their end. Jess seemed to be the only one with a bit of a chip on her shoulder, and lacked attention to detail and service when it came to my truck as opposed to the other customers who were also having their cars worked on. The 1 1/2 hour wait for what was supposed to be 15 minutes per car (there were 2 ahead of me) wasn't even the biggest deal, though it was deterring compared to the advertisement. There was even an instance where Michael was easily able to remove a piece that Jess didn't even give 2% worth of effort before saying, "my truck couldn't be serviced." Perhaps a conversation about conscious and unconscious biases would be beneficial to Jess for better assistance to all customers in the future, as this she reflects part of the image of the company as an employee.The others, even the crew below, were amazing and are worth returning to the establishment!

Quick and friendly

All the Walmarts in lake Charles all had excuses as to why they couldn’t change the oil I’m my 93 ram W250. Went to jiffy lube and they got it handled with no complaints or half hearted excuses. Good job gentlemen.
