Always a pleasure coming here. Krista is a people person. She kept me informed every step. I’ll keep coming back!! The delays o experienced was due to my particular car having a drain plug that couldn’t be used.

I truly enjoy every visit at Pineville Jiffy Lube. Staff are always so kind and patient. This has been my go to spot since there is no Volkswagen shop in Pineville. A huge shoutout to Krista, Trish and Trent for quick and excellent service.
