Employees that were present was very respectful and did their jobs well

Went in with my volvo which is not a quick oil change have to drop the skid plate to get to the filter they knocked it it out quick and didnt try to up sell me a bunch of different services.

Quick and friendly ! Besides cost being steep it was a great experience !

The location on ruth st only had 2 people the day i went but u sure couldn't tell cause they got shit done and was super friendly and fast the girl manager and beanie guy technician u guys r awesome and rock

The service was excellent. They even gave me a discount because of a wait…which wasn’t even long at all, maybe only 15 minutes. I’d recommend this shop to anybody. They were quick, nice, and very knowledgeable. The two sweet ladies working were especially incredible. Whatever they’re making…it’s not enough. Anytime I’m in town I’m coming to this shop for any vehicular work. Only 5 stars out of 5 doesn’t give justice to this shop. Wonderful experience overall!

Jiffy lube on Ruth st in Sulphur is awesome!! Knowledgeable staff , reasonable prices, and they were open Christmas Eve too! Now I won’t have to take a day off work to get this done! I’m impressed!!

Great people Great service

Very quick and employees were nice and polite.

They talked me through the whole process and offered me coffee, hot chocolate, water. They had great communication as a team I could hear everything being called out.

Had an issue with my ac/heater they replaced my fuses free of charge everyone was very nice and helpful. Im very greatful for all your help, you guys are awsome!

I came to Jiffy Lube and Sulphur for an oil change tire rotation and everything The ladies name that assist me with Nicole she says she’s the general manager over here. It was very much quick service for a kind very knowledgeable of her job and I truly appreciate it because I have to go to MD Anderson this week and I need my car to be serviced at short notice, I will be back
