Very courteous, fairly quick, and professional.

Back again so another review for the page! Friendly, honest and fast service. The manager is really the reason I keep coming back he's awesome. I recommend this place for a quick in and out oil change

I told Kevin, I just want an oil change, nothing else. He respected my request. I told him I know I am due for new brakes, but I will take care of them later. He did not push that I should do it now.

Great service. I came in for an oil change, and they did a very thorough check of my vehicle and found things that badly needed to be replaced for a very cheap price. Highly recommend.

Ayer Massachusetts location is the only one I've gone to that I trust with a car. Would recommend them to others. The manager Kevin was honest about how bad my bestie brakes were and all the issues with my bestie car. The young lady who works there was great too. I hope they know we appreciate them.

I am extremely impressed with the service at Jiffy Lube in Ayer. Kevin, the manager, is outstanding. He immediately put me at ease with his knowledge, professionalism, and clear transparency around pricing and procedures. The prices are far more reasonable than the local dealership, and the quality and thoroughness of the service are unmatched. On top of that, scheduling was easy and the service was completed quickly. I couldn’t be happier—this is truly a five-thousand-star experience.

Top notch service & crew ! Quality exchanges and service with auto care tends to be a rarity. It was a refreshing experience to be met with excellent customer service, skill, and honest exchange without any predatory practices around upcharges or pressuring into unnecessary repairs. The store manager worked with me and my budget to address the now problems and later problems to get my maintenance care plans sorted.

The crew over at the Ayer Jiffy Lube is always outstanding. They are always genuine and honest and never try to sell me something I don't need. Service is fast and reasonably priced. My go to spot for oil changes and basic maintenance for my cars.

Best service ever!

I had been going to a different place to change my oil for the past 5 years or so, right down the street from jiffy lube, I won’t name names, but you can find them easily. Went there because it was cheaper than jiffy lube, come to find out you get what you pay for. The wonderful gentleman at jiffy lube in Ayer found that the other place I got my oil changed, decided to put Mercedes drain plug in because they had already stripped it when they used an impact wrench instead of a torch wrench. oh they did the same for the oil filter too. Won’t be going back to those who shall not be named, the jiffy lube in Ayer is the ONLY place I’m getting my oil changed from now on. 5 stars across the board.

I came in panicking over adding coolant to my car and the Ayer location put me at ease, was able to change it out completely and for a reasonable amount as well. The staff there are very professional and friendly at this jiffy lube.
