Had to wait a bit longer than I would like but the two people who serviced my car did a solid job and took there time to make sure everything was all set.

Amazing service! They went above and beyond and helped me when I was in a pinch and needed an emergency battery replacement. Nearly instant service! Awesome folks here, Especially Carlos, who helped me out! Highly recommend this location.

I go here for every oil change and Im always glad I do. The last time I went, I let them know I was on a specific budget and they worked with me to stay in the budget and make the most of it. They went above and beyond in this regard, understanding that I could only do what was necessary and didn't want to be upsold. They also let me know my battery would soon need to be replaced and even looked up the model so I know exactly what to look for even when I wasn't able to do it there and then. Great experience!

Pulled in and was too low to make it on the ramps for an oil change. Manager said no problem and they jacked it up by hand in the back. Excellent customer service is getting the job done no matter what the challenge is. Thanks to the team!

The service was quite good - very thorough and quick.

The last place I went to (an hour away from Chicopee) didn’t screw the plug tightly enough so I had a leak. This place was so kind and fixed the problem for me. Definitely recommend!
