I've had a great experience with the Feeding Hills/Agawam Jiffy Lube, and I continue to come back for oil changes and maintenance. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. They take the time to keep me informed about their process, which I really appreciate. They've been able to complete work on my car in a timely way, and the same-day service is so helpful because I have a narrow window of availability. Was there on 12/17 and receive the most amazing customer service from Miguel B. He was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, and efficient and although it’s not my closest location, I will be going back there just because of that.

Came in for an oil change and to check my brakes. Turns out my brakes were in the red and needed replacement. The crew went above and beyond to do the job right. They showed me the issues with my brakes and what was needed to fix them. It can be hard to find honest and reliable mechanics but the staff here went above and beyond. While it took awhile to fix, they stayed late to make sure all was working and safe. Thank you!!!

Speed and convenience yes they at times check more things then we stop in for they are just being thorough I'd like a rewards program so I can get more discounts never the less I trust jiffy

I was getting a coffee next door when I saw a Jiffy Lube employee waving his hands wildly at me (lol… turns out I had a very flat tire! Nate and Joe (and crew) were SO helpful and got me right in and out. You can tell they are genuinely good people and care about people- because I wasn’t even a customer at the time! They charged a small fee to patch up my tire, but that kind gesture saved me hours of headache and frustration because I was not near home. Thank you Nate and Joe! You have my service and recommendation!!!

I wish I could Give Alex and Joe 5 stars i needed an oil change to visit my elderly parent the next day I was turned away from West Springfield bc i arrived at 5:40 they clsoe at 6 i called alex in agawam explained the situation he said come over i told him i would be there by 5:55 bc of the time i wasted at another location! I could cry they were so kind! So professional! They acknowledged how frustrating it must of been to be turned away with my scream toddler in the back! The customer service from Alex and joe in agawam was above and beyond. They should always be costumer facing. Just superior service thank you!

Update-new crew and mechanics work well together and very knowledgeable. Some of the reviews, I don’t understand the problem, why blame jiffy lube for problems they had nothing do with. The lady complaining about bad oil, sounds like it is a bigger issues, because I am dealing with something similar. People forget jiffy live is great? You come in stay in you car if it is an oil change, they do free basic maintenance which other mechanics or dealerships charge you extra for. Every jiffy lube I have been do, they always explain what needs to be done, and show the work that needs to be done. Ralph there was knowledgeable and understanding with my problems with my car. He started talking car talk and I’m like I don’t understand you have car dumb it down, which he did. They are all great and may I note that was a clean place

I came in to Jiffy Lube a few days ago for an inspection sticker. I passed and got one quickly and even though in Massachusetts you no longer get a print out when you pass, The guy still was nice enough to print it out for me anyways. As always, Jiffy Lube staff and crew are friendly, respectful and fast !

A day after my service, I realize I was leaking oil. I brought it to the jiffy Lube service station in East Longmeadow and they confirmed and oil leak. I now need the following things repaired… Rear main seal Valve gasket Thermostat valve Oil, pan gasket I am wondering why I was not notified of these repairs while my car was serviced in your feeding Hills location? Thank you for your attention in this matter.
