Please do yourself a favor and visit this location on John Fitch Hwy. Ask for Chloey, she is awesome and will not disappoint you especially if you’re driving an older (2009 or older)Chevy or GMC

I generally don’t love going to chains for oil changes but I needed one quickly and efficiently. The John Fitch team went above and beyond for me, more than most local places have. They were kind and considerate. Not pushy about add ons and even helped me figure out a larger problem my car was having. I had a great experience from start to finish. Special shout out to Chloey and Javier for being awesome during the whole process. It’s still more than I’d usually pay for an oil change, but the customer service and speed were on point.

I put too much oil in my car and thankfully Jiffy Lube Fitchburg was open. The guys there were great and had to remove a few quarts. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely be going back there for an oil change.
