If you need a quick and easy oil change come here! I’ve been to a couple places in my area and nothing compares. As a girl who knows nothing about cars, the manager Shawn was really helpful with explaining everything that was needed and I was in and out of there in no time. I’m someone who values my time more than anything, this place was efficient, fast and super easy. I will 100% be getting my oil changed here going forward! Big thank you to the manager and the other guys on the team! You guys are awesome!

Top of the line, I got a lot I needed done and they were extremely kind, honest and gave me an accurate and realistic timeframe for the work I needed done, which I appreciate as a type A, was within what they told me. The manager came over and helped me understand some car questions and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like they took their time with me as the customer and didn't make me feel rushed. They also didn't pressure me to buy anything, they gave realistic feedback and showed me what's wrong with some of the car components. First time going, I will add them as the only place I'll do oil changes because the way they treated me with kindness is what does it for me. When people are invested in the success of their business they treat every customer or potential customer with sincere kindness, that's what I got today, and it meant a lot for me to write about it! Thank you to the employee and manager! You guys did a great job! 10/10.

i went in for an oil check and was told it would be an hour wait - it turned out to be less than twenty minutes! the person who checked my oil was very kind and helpful and went out of his way to razor off some marker on my car and help me turn off my oil change reminder. shoutout him and the one with the bunny nose ring you guys were awesome

On the hottest day of the year so far I came in 40 mins to closing for an oil change. The guys were clearly fading from a long day in a hot garage - but also - they were kind, and courteous and helpful. They let me know stuff that needed to be fixed but there was no pressure. To deal with good humored folks in such hot weather felt like a little blessing.

Great Service station. You stay in your vehicle while they work and you're out in no time. I came in for just an oil change and they checked lights and refilled washer fluid free of charge. Air filter still has some life left and they did not pressure me into replacing it. They also brought a mechanic to check an issue that I knew about and gave me a very good quote for the repair.

I have been coming here for 5 years now. The best experience and the employees always explain everything really thoroughly and apply extra coupons they know are running.

I am here right now. And both Ash, Sean and all the crew that I engaged with were informative and helpful as my car was having filter issues which they did not charge me for. I have been a customer here for years and have always walked away with confidence of Jiffy Lube services. They do try to upsell but a polite no is always heard and respected without hassle.

The team did a great job getting me serviced and ready to get back on the road today. I recommend jiffy lube for any car services requested.

Fast, friendly service

Was pleasantly surprised by my visit to this jiffy lube today. The technician Ashley is great like other reviews are saying!! They do try to upsell you on a couple of things, but she was very courteous when I declined said offers. I also saw some reviews complaining about not knowing the price of services, but I simply just asked when i was prompted and she replied with a very clear answer on the service price! not misleading at all, straight to the point with everything. i was in and out in about 10-15 minutes and the price was decent for a full synthetic oil change with a few additional checks to your vehicle. i'll most likely be back for my next one!

I had the best experience here. Ashley is absolutely fantastic. I don’t know much about cars and came in for a oil change and she looked over everything pointed out the problems so I understood and I left with more service for my car that I didn’t even know about. Other places I’ve been to are more pushy trying to make me purchase things I don’t necessarily need. Ashley was not like this at all so it was extremely refreshing. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Thank you Ashley!

Oil and air filter change. Kind associates. Explained clearly and installed a windshield wiper I needed. That I had and hadn't install yet. They were very quick but theral.

I'm so impressed with the tire pressure monitoring system service I received at Jiffy Lube! The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Especially Winnie, he is very nice and helpful. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. My car is running smoothly and safely now.

Excellent service at the Hadley Jiffy Lube. I usually do my own oil changes, but didn't have the time to do it this time. The Jiffy Lube in Hadley was great! If I get anyone to do my oil change again it will be them.

My bike lock broke inside the lock and I wasn’t able to release my bike (along with my 4 year old daughter’s bike) in front of the plaza across the street from Jiffy Lube. I walked over with my 4 year old and ask if anyone had anything sharp to break the lock with. Mr. Ivan came over with some tools and broke the lock. This Jiffy Lube went above and beyond! So thankful for Ivan and the whole team!

Jiffy Lube in Hadley, MA is the best. Call and ask for Gus and you'll receive superior customer service. Their prices are nearly half what dealer's service departments charge, while being quick and convenient. No need for scheduling an appointment. Just stop in and the wait time (while getting service) is minimum. Why I didn't go there before is beyond me!

The jiffy lube team took the time to show me their process and answered any questions. I felt they were honest and patient with my 'need to know'. They recommended additional services but never pushed me to do them - I even got a discount even though I could find the coupon. They did not rush me to leave (so they can get another job in there).

Quick service again mike was really friendly advice me what I needed done and got everything done in no time.

I had the pleasure of meeting these guys and absolutely loved the service they performed! Every single one of these gentlemen excelled in customer service i was extremely satisfied after leaving and already looked into coming back for tires and breaks! Highly recommend

I had initially gone across the street to Firestone to ask about an oil change and an inspection and was told it'd be several hours before I could be seen. Drove less than a minute to Jiffy Lube, was taken in immediately and done with both things in less than an hour. Plus they didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn't need.

Fast service. Helpful staff. Every time I go to Jiffy Lube I am impressed by their speed, courtesy and expertise.
