Excelente trabalho

My first oil change at Jiffy Lube, it went down better that I had expected. The whole experience from getting in line to out the door in less than 45 minutes. Having worked on my own cars for more than 50 years, there was nothing that got lost in the shuffle. Thanks to Austin and his crew. A bit more expensive than I expected, but about average priced. I was surprised by the list of services they offer.

They couldn’t have been more helpful, efficient and friendly. It was a younger crew working when I was there and I was impressed with how conscientious they all were. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about not getting their windshield washed, I don’t think any oil change place has ever done that for me, so I didn’t care about that or expect it. It was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back.

Great service by the techs and the woman manager is out there working with and overseeing the crew. It was my third time there and it was still doing great.

The technicians were friendly, courteous, easy to talk to. The facility was clean and well kept including the grounds around it. Any questions were answered quickly, meaning the technicians know their products. I had a great experience getting my car serviced at the Hyannis, MA location.

They accept coupons and you can easily find them on line. The oil change is fast and efficient.

Very quick and efficient! The mechanics Rhonda and Shane were very nice and answered all my questions I had. Also I get full synthetic oil changes, and this was the cheapest I’ve ever paid. Rhonda accepted my 25 dollar off coupon easy for this visit. She also for my next oil change gave me a QR code to get a $25 dollar coupon and I can still use an additional 25 off coupon with it as well!

Fast service despite there only being two people working there and they were quite busy but they still did a great job

They did the oil change on my gmas car quick and efficient, also added in a headlight cleaning that came out really well.

Jiffy Lube has been my place for oil changes and I trust them on their work. They would get 5 stars if more than 1 bay is operational, but if only 1 bay is operational, you will wait and it tends to be about 10 minutes per car - be patient. Great service there too!

There was a wait to get in, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful despite being understaffed. My oil change didn't cost nearly as much as I expected it to.
