I’ve been converted. The first time I came here, I had barely sat down in the waiting room before they came in to tell me they were done. Granted, there was no one ahead of me but even when I was first in line at other places, an oil change has never been so quick. They were very friendly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They recommended the oil that was best for my car, not the more expensive one. This is my third time here and I have a different car now. It’s a lot older and did need some work, but by now I trust them to be honest about what’s actually needed. There were a couple of things that were time sensitive, and a couple of things they said I could wait on. I also overheard them talking to another lady in the waiting room about work her car needed and they recommend another place because it was “the best.” These guys are great. Friendly, efficient and honest. Cannot recommend enough.

This is a few months late but better late than never right! Thanks for fixing my ignition coils and spark plugs (wish I knew the guys name) along with oil change for reasonable price and very quickly done ( :

Just left Jiffylub and I’m so happy I went there. Miranda was very knowledgeable and I had a great experience with her! She took the time to teach me how to reset my Audi so I could track the oil. I’ll be going back there for sure.

I’ve used the dealership for oil changes since I bought my Jeep. Now that my warranty has expired, I decided to use Jiffy Lube. The gentleman there were so polite and courteous. They definitely tried to upsell (which is part of their job requirement) but weren’t at all pushy about it. I was in and out in approx. 20 minutes (they were experiencing a POS issue when I arrived, but quickly rectified it). I’ll definitely go back in 5k miles.

All the JL technicians I interacted with were knowledgeable, helpful, explained what would be done and didn't try to push more than was needed. I have to go back because my "change oil soon" msg was never reset.

I had an oil change at the Leominster, Massachusetts location, and the staff member assisting me was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Despite being busy, they completed the work quickly and with impressive quality. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

Very professional, efficient and very fast service, the only thing is that leaving the premises is somewhat uncomfortable due to traffic and the direction of travel.

They were sweet, helpful and worked fast. It definitely made my experience worth it because I was dreading an oil change. Didn't have to leave the car but you can wait inside the building if you choose not to wait in the car. They checked my tire pressure and filled all my liquids on top of the oil change.

Please if anyone needs a quick and well done oil change and a good experience go to Leominster jiffy lube . I was honestly greeted with welcome ness and politeness . I wasn’t pushed into buying extra stuff and nobody seemed miserable and nobody was grumpy which honestly made a difference . Thankful for all the workers there . I will definitly be back

Received an oil change and engine air filter. They let me know the car could use new brake and diffy fluid soon but did not push it on me. A welcome relief from some car shops who push maintenance even if the person can’t afford it at the time. Kevin and the team were great! Will definitely be coming back.
