This jiffy lube is clean, friendly & professional. They did a great job appreciate that I can go back for fluids, air & other perks. I think the pricing could have been more upfront, so I would ask for an estimate up front so as not to be surprised. They are a great group and locally owned franchise.

I went to the Mashpee location this morning and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. I was amazed at how fast and easy it was. Luckily there was no line when I arrived and I think the entire process had me in and out in about 15 mins! Highly recommend them. Fast, friendly and respectful employees!!

I got over charged for oil. I bought an additive to add to the oil(1 quart), and still got charged for the full amount of oil.

Very helpful ! I stopped by this location today as I had just had a car dropped off by carvana. They gave it a once over, replaced a lug nut, and topped off my fluids in less than 10 minutes. Also overall very friendly. It is appreciated!

My Dad’s old car was low on Transmission fluid so I went in to top it off and change the oil. The plug was stripped so the oil couldn’t be changed, but they didn’t even charge me for the 2 qts of transmission fluid. Very nice of them! I highly recommend
