Visited yesterday. Great place. I recommend for people in and around Maynard.

Excellent service; helped me out when I was in a real bind and did so in the most inexpensive manner possible. Saved me a lot of time and money and did so without my even making an appointment. Kind and respectful, and provided the type of service I didn't think existed.

This guy Travis was under my hood and his beard punched me in the face. Then this guy Tim proceeded to drain oil after releasing the oil plug with such a somber energy he properly installed a new one. Then the manager Brad said that Olivander dosnt work here any longer. 5/5 great service from the boys over there on Powdermill Rd. My tail light still glows and my wipers are still great. And then this guy Mike showed up.

I had purchased an engine air filter for my 2021 Honda Accord Sports 2.0 Turbo and they installed it and did a good job on the oil change despite being very busy

I have been to many different jiffy lubes/ valvolines . This one was by far the best I have been to. Polite, quick and very attention to detail. I would recommend this place for anyone who lives in the area.

This is a truly exceptional team. Every single experience I've had here has been stellar. They are exceptionally kind and respectful, always take the time to explain things, never sell you stuff you don't need, and the whole culture is just a positive vibe. Manager Brad truly cares about people and you can see what a difference that makes. People clearly like working here and as a result customers are always happy.

Got an oil change here on a pick up truck. Alittle tight to drive in the parking lot but great shop otherwise. Mechanics were fun and respectful. Would go again for another oil change.

I've never had anything less than a great experience getting oil changed at this Location, nice folks that work quickly and don't try to push other products/services you haven't asked for. Decent prices for full synthetic and saves me the trouble in the colder months.

I’ve been in here twice and both times Joe has been excellent. Kind, professional, lightning fast service AND I even asked him about replacing something that another mechanic recommended. He was honest and told me it didn’t need to be done. Highly recommend!

Great staff and very efficient service. They did a quick Safety check and got right to work on the oil change and inspection of the engine and cabin air filters.

So incredibly kind and helpful ?? They also had a pretty sweet science show on in the waiting area.

Excellent experience! The staff Robert and Travis were knowledgeable and the wait time was very decent. I was also able to use a coupon to get extra savings. I highly recommend this location.

We have been taking our cars (Lexus and Volvo) to this location for the last three years for everything from routine service to brake replacement. Great customer service, trustworthy in terms of diagnosis and cost and always goes up and beyond.
