These guys went above and beyond to help me. My battery died in the parking lot next door. They came to my car were able to get it started and get it into their shop and changed the battery for me. Truly great service!

I’ve never been to a Jiffy Lube that was as fast and efficient as this one in 15 years going to other locations. Employees were very professional and you can tell they had a good system down to getting things done quickly and efficiently. Made me feel like I was in a NASCAR pitstop with how quickly I was in and out of there.

Great place to visit for oil change and more, very good customer service

Hector and his team are great. I had a nail in my tire, took it over on Sunday because every other place is closed. They got it patched promptly between oil changes and I was even able to make it back to my daughter’s field hockey game.

?????????? (Honestly, I wish I could give more than 5 stars!) I can’t say enough amazing things about Alfredo at Jiffy Lube! I came in for help with my tires, completely unaware that they were in such bad shape. I don’t know much about cars at all, but Alfredo immediately stepped in and took care of me without making me feel clueless or embarrassed. He noticed right away that my tires were balding something I would have never caught on my own and explained everything to me in the most patient and kind way. You can tell he truly cares about the people he helps, not just about getting the job done. Alfredo is the definition of what an exceptional mechanic should be: knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely looking out for your safety. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill and heart the way he does. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second but sadly, that’s where they cap it! Thank you, Alfredo, for going above and beyond and for treating me with so much respect and care. You’ve gained a lifelong customer, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to ask for you!

I had wonderful experience. drove in got immediate service on a company car, no delays. Michael the shift manager was extremely pleasant and efficient. Unlike Firestone where i used to go for years but they stood me up for two days on a row with appointments! waited 1.5 hour and still no service. Not going back there ever

I needed a last minute oil change and they were able to help me out. Both the staff and manager were great, way better than my last experience with the company years ago. Big and clean waiting area with TV. I would definately go back for basic services as they did a tire rotation which I don't recall being offered, again when I last went to a Jiffy Lube. Great staff thank you

My wife and stopped by a furniture store near by, when we got back in our car to head home, our car didn’t start, I walked about 5 minutes down the road to jiffy Lube a nice gentleman named Chris drove me back to our car and gave us a jump start and we made it home safe. We Appreciate your help Chris and your Employer are lucky to have such a wonderful employee on their team. Great customer service

Got my oil changed today. Super nice people. So friendly and helpful. They are thorough and take the time to make sure the car is running smooth as it leaves the place. Didn’t rush through. Kimberly was especially helpful as was Emmanuel. I’d recommend them.

This location has always taken care of me. They always keep me up to date with my vehicle. The new manager is great at explaining things and why they need to be done. 10/10 would recommend

I can' say enough about how professional and courteous everyone was AND, I now have heat in my Truck! I trusted what Fritz said that I should consider flushing my cooling system. When I drove out I had heat for the first time in a month! Thanks to Fritz and crew

I pulled in on a freezing Sunday morning - low on oil and in need of an oil change. The attendant waved me into the bay right away, assessed what was needed and got to work straight away. I was on my way in 30 minutes. It couldn't have been more efficient or easy. Nice, helpful staff at the Needham Street, Newton, MA location.
