I've never had a bad experience with Jiffy Lube. The folks at the Orleans, MA., site, while understaffed, were quick, efficient, and got me in and out very quickly! Great service!

Wow . Let’s see , we’ll I’ll start by saying that was the quickest oil change ever . 20 min in and out . The price was 85$ for a Honda sedan . A lot of cape codders on here wrote horrible reviews about it being expensive . But tbh it wasn’t . I guess if you have a truck you probably would pay more. That makes sense . But overall great experience 5/5

Quick and professional

I drove over 45 minutes to get my oil change, and there were four cars ahead of me. Of the three bays, only one was open. I am guessing that due to travel for the Thanksgiving holiday there was an increase in people wanting to get their oil changes before their trips. Several drivers came, saw the line, & turned around and left. I had time to wash all of my windows (inside & out) while waiting, but if I hadn't driven for 45 minutes, I probably would have left as well. However, the service staff was very accommodating & friendly as always, so it wasn't an inconvenience-glad to have clean, streak free windows!

These guys are all great. They will not only take care of your oil they also do an excellent job at checking all fluids. From the windshield wiper fluid to your brakes and even your transmission as well. You do have to pay a small fee to have the transmission checked but is well worth the price. If you come in with a smile and are kind they are happy to toss some jokes in for fun to keep the atmosphere at a more entertaining level rather than a dull oil place. Highly recommend been trusting them for many years now. Keep up the quality work guys great job!

I went for an oil change and it was deathly hot outside ?? the guys In the shop gave great service and remained pleasant to everyone despite the discomfort they were feeling from the heat.
