Just amazing! Both gentlemen are extremely kind, friendly, and hard workers. Ryan was wonderful going above and beyond to tell me about things that will need work soon and provided in exact detail the reasons why and how they work. Thank you Both! ????

Pulled into Jiffy Lube with my car smoking—not even a customer, just someone in need. Joseph, the manager, went above and beyond. He helped troubleshoot, gave me antifreeze, crawled under the car, and even let me leave it there while I waited for a tow. His kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a moment of real human goodness. I wasn’t a customer before, but I am now. Thank you, Joseph!

After the Morrissey blvd location stripped the drain plug on my car and left me with oil on my engine I decided not to return back to that location. The Quincy location couldn’t have been more helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will only go to this location moving forward. Thank you so much to Joe and everyone at Washington St! You turned a bad experience with Jiffy Lube into a great one.

Great place. My experience was awesome. The manager Joe got me a great price on brakes and an oil change. The service specialist Chris actually took the time to show and explain to me about my old rotors and the issues with them. I've had brakes done many times and this was the first time they actually explained it with props no less. I didn't need an appointment and they were super quick too. Thank you for the great service and when I need the oil changed I'm going to no other place.

This Jiffy Lube has Giga-Chad skibidi rizz and is in it’s bag fr fr. Would pull up on another occasion.

The crew at this Jiffy Lube were super helpful when my car started to experience a weird noise before I started a weekend road trip. It took a few hours but they kept me updated on the repair progress every step of the way. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I'll definitely be keeping them in mind for future car help!

kimberly the assistant manger was very helpful she went through everything with me and very much knew what she was talking about and she helped me chose the right oil and i didn’t spend an outrageous amount for it.

Fast oil change, overall good service and respectful crew. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is bc the guy that took all my information at the beginning was really short with me, had me repeat myself multiple times (sounding clearly annoyed with me) when I was speaking clearly.

Jiffy Lube had great service. They did my oil change and i was in and out within 5-10 mins. They also provided me with future maintenance service that i need to get which i didn’t know i had to. Randel helps me out and for sure recommend for others!!

Newly opened at the old Lube Lab location by the Fore River rotary. Very efficient. Offering coupons for various services. Certified mechanic on site for all types of repairs beyond oil changes in the large truck sized work bay that is adjacent to the building. I will surely be returning 5,000 miles from now.
