Went there yesterday with my work truck to do the transmission fluid change. Freddy the manager was really great! He discovered a split in my serpentine belt and let me know right away. He got on the phone with a mechanic up the street to see if he could take a look. I must mention that the belt was squeaking for a while and I knew something wasn’t right but didn’t realize how bad it was until Freddy pointed it out. I went up to the mechanics shop and had them fix it same day. Good eye Freddy much appreciated!

The team lead with the glasses and Spanish is very helpful when it comes to explaining the issues with the cars I had and have.. today I went in for an oil change and I was told there was in issue that if I left he wouldn't be ok with himself , the whole team is always very helpful

This location is hands down the best Jiffy Lube has. The staff is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient! Calvin was an associate I recently encountered who did not hesitate to assist with changing my rear brake light! He did it not only quickly, but was able to offer it complimentary. It’s the small things that matter and make long time clients - and that is what Jiffy Lube Randolph reminds me of during each visit. Thank you again Calvin for your service!

Words cannot describe how great my experience was with this specific Jiffy Lube location. I was on my first solo trip and all of a sudden my car completely crapped out. My dash lit up like a Christmas tree and my gas pedal stopped working and it was terrifying. I prayed to get to the closest Jiffy Lube, even though I live in New York and have never been to this area and did not know what to expect. I parked and the GM and AGM, Kevin, came out to my car and told me they'd figure out the problem for me. Not only did I have an oil leak, these men spent a LONG time making sure they found the EXACT problem and talked me through out. I am a single woman, I know nothing about cars, but they talked me through every step, didn't try to upsell me and did not make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. They found the problem in the oil filter housing unit and got the part for me IMMEDIATELY. They would not let me leave without knowing that it was properly fixed and that I would be more than safe enough to drive 100 miles home. At the end, they even made sure the under the hood was clean from all of the oil and underneath the car as well. I have never had such an amazing experience with mechanics. The GM, Kevin, Billy and Angel were so amazing and I could not have asked for a better group of men to help me when I was scared and my car freaked out. I straight up told them that I would drive the 100 miles for my next oil change to them so I know it will be done correctly and with care. I even made friends with them through it all. I cannot recommend this location of Jiffy Lube enough.

Excellent service! The entire team is incredibly friendly. Since I live nearby, I often stop by with concerns like, “My car is making a roorrroorrr sound,” and they’re always helpful, never make me feel silly, and quickly find a solution.

Good place

I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube with Yamil. I had my brakes and rotors replaced at another garage a few hours away, but one week later there was a loud noise and something felt wrong. I took my car to 3 other jiffy lubes and no one could find the problem. I thought I would have to get rid of the vehicle! I took my car to this location and even though they were about to close, Yamil put it up on the lift . He was the only one who found the problem, a rotor had been installed incorrectly and he was able to correct the problem in 2 days. His service was outstanding and I really appreciate his expertise and hard work ethic. Thank you Yamil!

Needed service in the middle of a snow storm. Staff had me back rolling on the road after a laugh. Excellent service.

Dana Was The Best Help

In the middle of a very busy day, a light came on indicating an oil issue. I stopped to have it checked out and met the new manager of our local shop. He was gracious and knowledgeable, and his staff were respectful. The problem was solved. When leaving I asked him to check my lights. Discovered I had no headlights! Luckily, I don't do much night driving but thank God he was patient and did a great job determining and fixing the problem with his awesome staff. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

I've been to this Jiffy Lube twice and love it!!! The guys are always nice and personable. They get the job done fast! It's my new favorite place!

UPDATE to my previous review! After my review, someone from Jiffy Lube contacted me, and after getting some information, they sent me a check with the amount of the coupon that I used on the day of the oil change. I really appreciate the help, and I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 because when people try to help you and fix the problem, they deserve a second chance. Thank you again! -------- I went for an oil change with a 20$ coupon. They said they applied the coupon, but their printer ran out of paper, so they can't give me a receipt. I trusted them, but the next day, I realized from my bank account that they were not truthful and they did not apply the 20$. I went there and they just said they can't do anything because it's the next day. I won't go there for sure ever again and if you want to save, do not go either!

Amazing customer service! They are always extremely knowledgeable and explain/recommend services. But most importantly I never feel pressured to buy or feel like I'm being upsold. They care about my car and my family's safety.

This location, the staff, and the work are excellent!! I had to wait about 15 minutes for my car to go in but the wait was worth it. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly polite and helpful. The two young men that took my car to service were also very friendly. I will be back to this location again and I would recommend this place to anyone needing an oil change!
