I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube thanks to Jacob. A chunk of ice fell off a truck and got underneath my car, loosening the scraper guard. All it needed was a simple washer, but I was far from home and worried it might turn into a bigger problem. Jacob took the time to help me out right away and fixed it quickly and kindly. He didn’t make it a big deal, just genuinely wanted to help. That kind of service really stands out. I was very grateful and couldn’t be happier with how I was treated. I highly recommend this location because of the kindness and professionalism I experienced here.

Diego and Patrick were amazing. They helped me with my oil change along with educating me on a few mechanical items that I was not previously aware of. They’re a great team and will bring my personal vehicle there for every future oil change that is needed. They went above and beyond. Thank you guys!

Incredibly helpful staff. My car was acting up and they were able to check it out for me and explain what was happening in an honest manner. This was my first interaction with this jiffy lube, but after unsatisfactory experiences at other local shops I will be coming back here for anything I might need! Excellent experience at this jiffy lube. Took me right in, explained the recommended extras with no hard sell, took the option of using waiting room but could have stayed in car, was done in less than 10 min. The crew was very friendly throughout. Highly recommended!!

I recently had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube on Worcester Road in Shrewsbury Ma. and wanted to share with those interested and in need of car maintenance!! The manager, Kyle and two of his employees, Miranda and Josh who actually serviced my car are outstanding at what they do! They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and more than willing to explain what they did to service the car in a very easy and friendly way. Came in for an oil change on a VW Tiguan I’d just purchased from out of state. I chose this location due to reviews and was not disappointed. There were several young men working, but they were professional, personable, and gave me a first time discount. Definitely will be back!

After a 3 hour drive from Cape Cod to Shrewsbury, with 6 hours in between a kiddo drop off and their recital, I decided to get an oil change and it may have been one of the best decisions of my life due to the crew and the skill that we encountered at this incredible Jiffy Lube. My 6 year old daughter was amazed that there was not only someone under the car but met with such fun and caring staff. We had Kyle (Kyle Lyle Crocodile, my daughter called him) making everything fun and a learning experience. We were greeted by Miranda ( the panda) and then the man (Sam the Lamb) doing the underground work; Each working together to give us the most exceptional service and help. I would now always make the drive for this exceptional team, impeccable service and help. Thank you so much Shrewsbury Jiffy Lube.
