Staff are great. Always quick and efficient.

Got my oil changed here, the staff was friendly and service was quick.

The service was quick, targeted and reasonably priced. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated being able to go into the shop and interact with the technician at my car. He suggested additional services I needed without the feeling of upselling.

Seriously don't go anywhere else this Jiffy Lube is the best car service in greater Boston. Always quick and efficient and friendly. We find the best time to go is Saturdays!

Diego was very helpful, as was another man whose name I didn’t catch. I went in for an oil change and I left with three issues I’d been having solved. Their customer service was fantastic, and they exceeded my expectations. Service was also very speedy. Thank you guys again!

Fritz and his colleague (the gentleman with the locs) were stand up professionals. I came in for an oil change in the middle of their break and they said no problem, we can get you in and out in 15. I initially refused because I was the one messing up their schedule but they insisted. They delivered and were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Top notch attitude, customer service, and most importantly, humanity. Love the energy they put out into the world! Jiffy Lube has a customer for life.

Just stepped in randomly yesterday for an oil change. I’m used to making an appointment or dropping off the car and anticipated a long wait. So I was pleasantly surprised that I got top tier synthetic oil changed and was in and out in a blink. This is my new stop in the future and comes highly recommended. Appreciated the polite staff and kind service also.

Just got my oil changed here and these guys are AWESOME. At my old place I would stay in the car and I would be in and out but here they had me get out and hang out in the waiting room and I felt as though they really took their time and were very thorough. I would highly recommend going here. I’ll be back in 6,000 miles. Edit: 6,000 miles later and still a very pleasant experience.

Did the recommended brake service. More than a $100 cheaper than in the dealership (with coupon), and no Firestone games (come in, and we'll tell you how much it costs). Did an appointment. I was there the first thin Saturday morning. Despite being told that it can take up to 3 hours everything was done in about an hour.

I can honestly say it’s always a breeze coming here. Diego the Manager always makes sure to communicate any and everything that I need to know about my vehicle. The customer service is also top tier. I appreciate that they pull the vehicle in and will even hold the door for you. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I always go to this Jiffy Lube when I'm local. They are helpful, insightful, not pushy, affordable ( I can usually find a coupon online) and quick. All good reasons to patronize this business!
