Absolutely phenomenal service! I came in for a routine oil change and had a great experience. The team went above and beyond when I needed help attaching my front license plate, since my car didn’t have a designated area for it. They quickly figured out a way to secure it to the front bumper without a second thought! Huge shout-out to Donald, Lavelle, and Jonel for being so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a place where people take the extra time to help you with something small that makes a big difference. Fast, honest, and incredibly thoughtful service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location!

Went to get my oil changed on a hot Thursday afternoon in westborough. There was no wait. The technicians greeted me courteously and were very cordial throughout. They worked efficiently on my car. And had me out in less than 15 minutes. Great experience. Thank you

Oil change at westboro jiffy lube was < 10 min and i didn't have to get out of the car. Staff was friendly and professional! I miss the light vacuum with the service but there is a self service vac outside the garage had i chosen to do so..

I just stopped to get my oil changed and the 2 guys who were there closing were delightful. My oil was changed quickly, they didnt try to upsell me on anything more than my synthetic oil change. Amazing! Thank you!!

So grateful for Jennifer and her team helping me with an (attempted) oil change. Upon inspection it turned out my skid plate was rusted shut. Instead of prying it open and seeing what happens, Jennifer took the time to take pictures of each attachment point and explain the situation in detail. Instead of risking the oil change, I decided to get the skip plate replaced immediately. I would have never known, if it wasn't for Jennifer's amazing service! Thank you!!!

This Westborough store seems to be pretty good compared to the Auburn store that I reviewed here. I will be doing follow ups.

Had a really great experience here today. Alex was professional helpful and went above and beyond. He noticed my windshield was really dirty and cleaned it just because it needed done not that he was trying to charge me. Would highly recommend this place for a quick oil change, I’m coming back from my other cars

Outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube at 126 Turnpike is Westborough. With special shout-out to Alex, the team lead, as well as Chris and Brandon. After performing my oil change, they showed that my cabin filter was filthy and my power steering fluid was low and dirty. But best of all, they fixed an on-going air conditioning problem by re-balancing my freon levels. Tremendous service!

Had the best experience getting my oil changed here! Torey and his crew were amazing. Very friendly and polite. At most places you feel pressured to get all the bells and whistles. This was not the case at this location. Not to mention how fast I was in and out. Highly recommend this location if you're in need of an oil change!

Every single time I take my car to Jiffy Lube Framingham Edgell Rd location, I receive an exceptional service and customer care from the staff who work there. Today Dave was all by himself when I took my car for oil change and headlight replacement. He was efficient, friendly and super knowledgeable. He took care of the service and I was able to pick my car up in couple of hours. Thank you Dave for your excellent customer service! I highly recommend this Jiffy lube location for any kind of service.
