Called at 4, didn’t know what I needed for brakes, the guys showed me what I needed and promised me it’ll be done for close, I know I was just getting out of work and hanging them a time crunch! But they were so sweet, and very efficient! Thank you all!

Jiffy Lube Wilmington MA is so fast, efficient, and professional for an oil change (or more). I have a mechanic/garage that I like, but you can't beat being able to pull in on the spur of the moment and have your oil changed, tire pressure adjusted, wiper fluid topped off etcetera in 15 -20 minutes while you sit in the car. PLUS, many of the staff at this location have been there a long time, are unfailingly courteous, and just seem like good people.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable technicians, reasonable rates all make for a positive experience here.

Fast service, and Jorge was considerate of me going to get the car inspected after. He made suggestions and even made sure my headlights were cleaner for visibility inspection. Highly recommend!

George has been most helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, cheerful, and efficient. This was for my personal car. He has recently begun servicing our fleet of 60 vehicles. Oil changes, suspension, engine problems, body mechanics - all top notch!

Best service . Clearly workers there who take pride in the work and want to provide the best customer service possible. Jonathan and George both helped identify a leak in my coolant and helped remediate the problem. I went in for a routine oil change and they could have just swept that under the rug so it was greatly appreciated.
