I had my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube. Afterwards, I ran into a very minor issue with my car. Once it was checked out, the oversight was discovered and immediately taken care of. I emailed Jiffy Lube to inform them of what happened. Ryan responded immediately via email. We later linked up on the phone and talked about the situation. He was so pleasant and took care of everything. The communication and customer service was top notch!

My vehicle was serviced with utmost care at Jiffy Lube (West Street), during its oil change maintenance, specialized professional care! Great customer service, and shared some new knowledge. It made real good sense to suggest, and replaced the engine’s dirty filter! I thought back to the AC Filter I changed for cooler breeze even the plants grew. The staff was great! Unfortunately, I don’t remember names but I called in the morning about getting my breaks and rotors changed on my lunch break. They told me no problem and could help me get back in time for work. Not only did they do an amazing job but the staff was very welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend them!

On a cross country road trip and needed oil changed. True to the claims they had me out in about 15 minutes. The price was steep for one who does this at home, but that is the price of convenience. They also offered other services, but declined due to price.

Great Customer service was in and out within 25 min

They have great customer service and quick working times. I was in a pinch a few weeks ago when I was running late for my oil change at another shop--the other shop cancelled my appt for running late. I came to this Jiffy Lube in Annapolis instead (on a busy Saturday) and they still fit me in and did the oil change. I was very happy!

wait time was minimal…and the employees were polite & helpful.

Thank to Ryan and Christian for helping to figure out why TPMS sensory light came. The checked my tire pressure as well as helping set the the calibration. The were knowledgeable and had great customer service. They made me feel at ease.

Very friendly and professional staff. Actively sort to understand my needs and resolve my tire puncture within 15 minutes and I was out on the road again. I had been to three other tire shops and they turned me down on grounds that it was late.

I had a great experience at this location, all the techs/staff were incredibly friendly. Shout out to Greg and Joe! I'm not sure the techs name who did my tire replacement but he was very friendly too, on top of all of 4 tire replacements and oil change they vacuumed my floor and filled my windshield washer fluid when I know for a fact it was bone dry coming in..... will definitely be back and will be recommending them!
