kalcie turned my 2 star review into a 5 star. marcus and DJ were extremely rude and unpleasant during my trip here. but kalcie saved the day at the end of the trip by not being rude like the other two

Great shop and they always have done reliable workj, they are always prompt and don’t try to upsell things you don’t need. Staff are always friendly and run the front office well.

I’ve been taking all of my family’s vehicles to the Jiffy Lube in Arnold for the past 10 years, and it’s hands-down the only place I trust. The team is always professional, clean, and efficient—and they consistently offer honest, thoughtful advice without trying to upsell. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know the manager and his family—his wife and son work there too—and that sense of family really shows in how they treat their customers. Just today, one of my young sons skinned his knee on the pavement out back, and without hesitation, they brought him a Band-Aid and a $1 bill to help him feel better. Where else can you get that kind of care during an oil change? This shop goes above and beyond, every single time. Highly recommend.

I always go for my oil change here, have been coming here for the last three years. Service is fast, staff is friendly all the time.

I took my Atlas to this location 4/4/25. I was directed immediately to pull in to begin the oil change. Most locations don’t have my filter and disappoint me and waste my time. The gentlemen were fast and friendly! Kelly who works on the inside was very friendly and welcoming. I live next to one a few miles down the road. But after this experience this will be my new location moving forward.

The staff members at Jiffy Lube were exceptionally polite and accommodating. I bought a new headlight and they replaced it for me and adjusted the other one free of charge. They checked tire pressure, topped off fluids and treated me with respect. I find that unusual being a senior. I will be going back.

Wonderful place! The staff has so much knowledge and are so kind and helpful. They have done repairs other than oil changes and you can definitely count on them to do a good job. Highly recommend!

I over filled engine oil. They corrected n told me guidelines. No charge left tip. Good people.

On a Friday evening, my serpentine belt happened to snap on the way home. Luckily, my car was able to make it to Jiffy Lube. The guys there quickly found the problem, but there wasn't a belt that would fit my car in the shop. Not only did they order the part, they ran out to get it from the store immediately. For a problem that would have left me without a car, the guys had me out of there in 1.5 hours (including getting the part). I really appreciate all of the work they did! Thanks for helping me out!

I am usually very leary of auto shops because i have been taken advantage of. I wish i had came to this jiffy lube a long time ago! The man servicing my car's name was Bobby, and he was so helpful and efficient. He introduced himself, answered all of my questions, explained to me the process, and got the job done right away. Got the feeling that he actually cared about my car and my experience at jiffy. Wasn't able to tip at the time, so this is my way of saying thankyou! And i will definitely be a returning customer!

What a pleasure it was to work with the mechanics and staff at Jiffy Lube on Ritchie Highway. They were professional, FAST (I was in and out in 20 minutes), and insightful. They shared coupons with me upon checkout, which I was unaware were even available, and had me call my dealership to double check the oil type needed for my car to ensure I wasn’t getting too expensive of one. I will absolutely be bringing all future car needs to them!

Rosco and Kelly were so friendly and efficient in getting my car serviced even though they were busy. I love pulling in there because of their great attitudes!

Since 2009 I've been a Raving Fan of the jiffy lube in Arnold. Friendly & Professional and always thinking safety for our cars.

Easy to deal with and quick to get the work done, 10/10 would recommend for any oil change and more.

Quick oil change and no pressure to buy additional services. They only give a 10% military discount while many jiffy lube franchises give 15.

This place has some of the best mechanics in the area. Fast, friendly, honest, and even if they can't address your issue, they're incredibly knowledgeable about the area and can recommend great alternatives. Twice I've had issues and they have given me great advice as to where to go to get fixed. Good dudes.

Always great service

This is my go-to place for an oil change. Everyone who works here is so friendly and does a thorough job. I also see the same faces every time, which tells me the turnover isn't high. Mr. Sukarno usually takes care of me and he is helpful and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic experience changing the oil of my F450 diesel truck. The manager is an exceptional person absolutely wonderful experience. I felt compelled to write this review for him.
