I need more stars. Mr Brown, the manager, is an excellent investigator. My 2007 Honda Element put itself into "Limp Mode" after the oil change. I have never seen that before but I have heard about the infamous limp mode in all the Reddit in Facebook groups for Honda elements! I drove around the block my car would not go over 3,000 rpm, and I rolled back into Jiffy Lube with no clue what to ask for! Mr. Brown took it for a test ride and confirmed the issue and then he believed me when I said it had never happened before. I tried to help, but all I could say was a lot of people on Reddit say that the oil filter could make a difference?? Or maybe the VTech screen?? Or maybe the oil itself, pressure sensor??? Mr Brown, however, says let's check the codes. Brilliant. No code. Then he googles "Honda element rpm limit" and now he knows I'm not crazy! Then he says I bet it is the throttle body. I said, nobody ever talks about a throttle body on Reddit!! Meanwhile, he asks one mechanic to go check what kind of oil filter came off the car, just in case. Then he himself starts taking apart the throttle body, after showing me what it was! :). While he was working on it, I asked the guy at the office if I should find a mechanic and he was like, Oh no, we got this! Apparently, they have a mechanic on staff who's even better than Mr. Borwn. The throttle body was dirty! And now, here I am, happily on the roadtrip, not even behind schedule!

The customer service was acceptional. Pricing was decent and they also gave me an air valve cap for one of my tires that was missing one. It’s the small things that count in my opinion. Definitely where I’ll be coming to get my oil changes for now on. Great work black men!

Right out the gate I gotta say I love love love these guys. Seriously, they had better customer service than Chick-Fil-A baby! Super personal and professional all the way through and at a fair price. Shout out to the crew on 3/20/26. I’m definitely coming back.
