Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 10537 BALTIMORE AVE, BELTSVILLE, MD, 20705-2324

Went here after work. It was my first time visiting this location . The team here is very friendly and professional. They explained the whole oil change process and exactly what my vehicle needed.

I have been a customer for about 3 years. I went in recently for an oil change and ended up needing to have a new 12V battery installed. It wasn’t a total surprise given a few issues I’d been experiencing with the car. As usual, the service was fast and the customer service was good. I did a quick Google search and the cost seemed to be comparable for other non-car dealer shops. There is never any high pressure push to have recommended services/repairs done. I trust this location to provide honest and quality service for my Toyota Prius.

I love THIS location real bad. It's the only place I go to get my car serviced and I've never had a problem. The team gets me in and out quickly and they never talk at me like I'm an inconvenience. I appreciate the consistent high quality service and their patience even when I'm a little bit late with getting my oil changed.

Quick and great customer service.

All the techs are super friendly and helu

Great managers & vehicle technicians. Knowledgeable, patient, and polite. Service was prompt and prices are reasonable.

Reasonable price for the fast efficient service. If they had blessed me with a discount for my birthday or being a first time me customer I’d given them a 5! ?? However, I will be coming back. Staff was great.

They were attentive and kind the whole appointment. The person helping kept me informed the whole time about what they checked and the results. All other employees were kind too. It was fast & effective.
