Generally quick in and out and reasonably priced.

I was pleased with the service I received, however, the service provider failed to reset my 'check air filter' and it is still on.

I was late to an appointment but needed an oil change after a weekend drive to GA. They were quick, experienced and friendly. Jay informed me of the dangers/ issues I was facing and helped me create a plan to resolve them soon. I would recommend them to anyone.

I came there about an hour before closing , the techs. took me in right away. He said we have plenty of time. Oil change was quick as advertised. Also they gave me a senior discount.

Stopped in right before closing and had a great experience. Jay, the customer service manager, was upfront, professional, and incredibly helpful from the start. He made sure they had the correct oil filter before taking my keys and clearly explained the pricing ahead of time, especially with my V8 requiring more oil. Even though it was close to closing time, he still fit me in without rushing the process. The service was smooth, transparent, and efficient. Really appreciate the honesty and customer care—definitely a 5-star experience.

I’ve been coming here for years, and they continue to provide a solid experience overall. In the past, there have been a few times where small steps were missed, but this most recent visit really stood out. They were thorough and made sure everything was done right, which I really appreciated. The technician Jay was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable—he took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel rushed. It’s great to see the consistency and improvement in service, and it’s a big part of why I’ll continue coming back. Highly recommend!

Joe runs his Jiffy Lube the way I run my chiropractic practice, with integrity and transparency. He takes the time to explain to each customer what is going well with their car, what needs soon or immediate attention. He is upfront about prices, and helps you find discounts. He is a living, breathing example of a decent human being. They still exist. My car was serviced well, in a timely manner, and was brought back cleaner than when I arrived.
