Excellent customer service from each member of staff I encountered. The shop was busy, however, they got me in and out in a jiffy.....I definitely recommend this location that has serviced my vehicles for many, many years.

Fantastic service, the service techs were kind and efficient. I was at a different Jiffy Lube earlier today and left because they were so slow, I'm happy that I found this one later on the day.

Service quick but they didn’t vacuum

Ladies, do you have demanding children who make you do things last minute especially when you already have a full schedule? Do you need an oil change? Go see Phil and Antawan at Jiffylube on Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville, they will change your oil for you! They keep your 'Car or Van' healthy and your demanding kids happy and satisfied with a safe ride to the beach. Oh, did I say that they vacuum your car or van for free too? Yes, they do! Thank you Phil and Antawan you are the very best!!

I did not have an appt and yet they got me in and out within an hour and removed my light I had lit up on the dashboard.

The experience was very good.

I always go on the Weekend for oil change, they are super fast even for a saturday.
