Employees are respectful and talk to you like human beings. I feel encouraged to ask questions if I don't understand something and I trust them to work on my car and do it right! I feel comfortable going there as a young woman and would recommend it to anyone who feels nervous going to a mechanic.

I had a great experience getting an oil change at this location. The service techs looked up my vehicle recommendations and gave me some service suggestions, but when I turned them down they were not pushy or aggressive. The service was fast (even on a warm Saturday afternoon), and the techs were polite to every customer that came through the doors while I was there. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Four stars because I didn't feel pressured to buy a bunch of extra stuff. Waiting area is microscopic and crowded. I did have to go back because of clientele, not their fault. A woman at the front was arguing with the guy (couldn't find Groupon, it wasn't in her name, she couldn't log on to her email, forgot her password, etc.) and I knew that was going to take at least 30 minutes. Came back later and was in and out quickly. Staff was great, guy at counter was super helpful.

I prefer this location even though it's 20 min from where I live. Goes to show that good service travels far ??. Very efficient and timely and always personalable with all everytime I visit.

????? OKAY JIFFY LUBE ?????? When I say FAST, I mean FAST—my oil change took like 10 minutes tops. AND they cleaned my car?! I was standing there amazed like ??. I pulled up for a simple oil change and BOOM—done in minutes and my car looked better than when I arrived. Top-tier service for real. I’m 1000% coming back, and honestly I feel like I owe them donuts or pizza or SOMETHING because this level of service deserves rewards ????????
