Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. The charges were explained clearly and my coupons were accepted. My car was vacuumed and finished in less than 20 minutes. Great experience!

I wanted to share the outstanding experience I just had at Jiffy Lube in Clarksville, thanks to Bacon. I was overdue for service for quite some time because, financially, I just wasn’t able to manage it. When I finally came in, there was quite a bit of work needed, and the cost was more than I was prepared for. Thankfully, I was able to borrow the money to take care of this important maintenance. Bacon took the time to explain the codes my vehicle was producing and helped me understand the importance of keeping up with regular maintenance. This was the first time I had ever fallen behind on vehicle upkeep, and hearing everything that needed attention was honestly pretty stressful. Bacon reassured me that I would be taken care of and that he would make sure everything that needed to be done was handled. He thoroughly explained the cost of the work being done that day and also checked on other potential issues. Luckily, some things I was worried about did not need to be done, and I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. It has been a very long time since I’ve received customer service like this. Bacon was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. I normally go to a different shop, but Bacon has earned me as a returning customer at this Jiffy Lube location. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience a positive one! ??????

I had an oil change this morning and it was done very nicely and quickly with Sean Bacon. Sean made suggestions I asked for and the car was cleaned up afterward. Also the tires were checked as I asked and fluids were added. I was pleased and will continue with this team for the future. Thank you.
