This place was surprisingly AWESOME w awesome employees! I went on a Saturday noonish. 11/22/25. I was treated with respect & kindness. (I am a women waiting to be taken advantage of w mechanics ??! -I told them I lost my job, nothing extra, please. They not only changed the oil, as I was able to watch them, they scrubbed my outside windows & somehow made my car sparkle! I got to use my coupon, $10. OFF. I was there for less than 30 mins! So pleased.

I had the best experience at this location. The service was prompt and courteous. The team performed a thorough oil change and made recommendations. Demonte even noticed I was missing a brake light as I pulled off. This will be my new go-to location. Thank you.

My tire pressure was low due to the extreme cold weather so I pulled in and a very kind gentleman took care of me and refused payment. Very nice.

My car was showing codes for multiple different services such as oil change, transmission, break, and differential fluids. Upon inspection, the employees noticed that all transmission, break and differential fluid levels and conditions were in good shape and replacing them was unnecessary. Instead of charging me to replace all of them, I only needed to get an oil change with filter. I very much appreciated the honesty and integrity from the staff and saving the extra money. I will be return to the York Rd location in Cockeysville for my next service.

I had a second great experience at Jiffy Lube in Cockeysville! The staff are consistently polite, informative, friendly and professional. I especially appreciated how the manager and staff members took the time to explain what they were doing and my options. I ultimately made additional purchases and my car is running so much better.

The best service I’ve ever had at any Jiffylube location! They were incredibly kind, and friendly. As a woman, I also appreciated seeing a woman employed at this location, and it made me feel completely different. Kudos to your incredibly professional, kind and courteous employees on 7/27 around 4:30 in the afternoon!

Very pleased with the overall experience. The technician was spot on; new air filter made my car run smoother and the cabin filter made the air noticable better smelling. Thank you Jiffy Lube.
