Terry the manager is amazing. I’ve had some car issues that I was unaware of and when I found out it was shocking and I was overwhelmed with all the bad outcome possibilities. I was super panicked but Terry was a calming voice and reassured me everything was going to be ok. She went above and beyond with her service and communication. Thank you so much!

This location always has fast consistent service and fair prices. I locked my keys in my car while waiting in line, and Devin went above and beyond to help me back into my car in no time. I had a really great experience with this Jiffy Lube today. They listened to what I needed, took their time to do the job well. I got an oil change and they also cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floors. They did a great job vacuuming because I know my truck was a disaster. They even moved things behind the seats to vacuum. My truck ride felt great when I left after the oil change and new air filter. I swear by the wiper blades they put on my truck and won't get them any place else. Very happy, great job, very nice staff!

This is the best jiffy lube around. They are quick, friendly and have caught issues with my vehicles that have made me very thankful for their service. My old car had a crack in the oil pan that was really the last straw in terms of letting it go. I had come in for an oil change and they told me I was low on oil and that they had found the leak. They topped me off for free and I was able to drive it to the junk yard. My next vehicle I had serviced at the mount airy jiffy lube because I had a coupon for that location. Those guys at first forgot to give me a sticker and then gave me the wrong mileage on my sticker for renewal. I had full synthetic high mileage oil and didn’t need to come back after 3,000 miles like the sticker said. This jiffy lube caught the mistake of the other, changed my sticker, topped me off in fluid and vacuumed my car for no charge. These people are good and know how to treat a customer

I had had my oil changed here back in May & my truck had been leaking oil since that time & me being me I thought they had not screwed the plug in all the way... Nope they did their job perfectly!! Turns out I had gaskets leaking. They were kind to give me a write-up on what was wrong with my Veterans truck & the service was quick!!.

Eldersburg is great! The team is always knowledgeable, speedy and friendly. I have gotten my oil changed here since high school!

I visited this location last Saturday morning. I came in for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. Brianna was very helpful and let me know that the mileage on the window sticker was incorrect and I actually have many, many more miles left before my car needed an oil change. She also gave me two options of windshield wipers rather than just trying to sell me the higher priced style. I very much appreciate her honesty and can respect that as a sales person myself, knowing the expectation of producing and selling more. I will continue to visit this particular location. Excellent service and honesty are very important.

Had a screw in my tire, called places and had over a week wait, called jiffy and said bring in a they’ll look at it today. I arrived 5mins after calling they pulled my suv jn and I was back out the door in less than 20mins. Fastest and great customer service! Thank you guys again! Appreciate it!

I called around a few place in the order of what my Google results were and everyone I talked to was very dismissive and said they couldn't get me in for a quick tire plug for at least 3 days. In an act of desperation I saw Jiffy Lube was closing in 30 minutes, but I called anyway. They said "it's only a 20 minutes process, if you can get here in the next 10 minutes I'll take care of you". Not only did they take care of me, they had great customer service. Highly recommend.
