Arrived as a walk-in after I noticed my car leaking oil. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Highly recommend this business.

The manager at this location is very helpful he help me replace my lights when another jiffy lube couldn’t complete the task I will be back great service and great work environment 100% recommend

In and out quick both times. Had a $20 off coupon. Used it for my suv, then came back for my car and they let me use the $20 off coupon again! While I was in there the first time, one of the techs came out to this woman and told her the options for an oil change. A little while later he came back to tell her about the car’s gas tank and that it was wet. He went on and explained to her where it might be coming from. He was very genuine and told her she should take it to a shop soon afterwards. I was listening in and thought he came back in to try and rip her off! ?? That was great to see! Trustworthy, honest people are hard to come by these days!

I had such an amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube location—I honestly don’t see myself going anywhere else after this. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted by Toby, who was kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. Walking inside, I was then greeted by Eric (I hope I got his name right), and his customer service truly stood out. Even with his back turned, he stopped what he was doing just to acknowledge and welcome me, which I really appreciated. Nashawn (apologies if I misspelled it) handled the details of my service, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. I even joked about the price of an oil change, and he made the experience feel comfortable and easy. What I appreciated most was that, as a woman, I didn’t feel taken advantage of or pressured. They made recommendations without being pushy, which is something I’ve experienced elsewhere, and it meant a lot. The entire team made this experience feel honest, efficient, and respectful. I was in and out quickly, which was perfect since I was heading out for a road trip. This location is stellar. I truly trust them with my vehicle moving forward and will absolutely be returning. Thank you all so much—I appreciate you more than you know!

The team took the time to explain the importance of what my car needed to be ready for my 1500+ roadtrip coming up. My car was serviced quickly and the price was reasonable. Would recommend this location to others!

Outstanding service. Better than most all Jiffy’s I have been to because they also vacuumed my interior a bit and did a cursory inspection my engine light alert. Try and pierced guy were great, really. Thanks guys!

The staff was friendly, and was very clear with what services were needed and why. Price was good for the services rendered, and I was in and out in a few minutes. Overall I am very satisfied and will be back for my next oil change.

Toby welcomed me and introduced himself since he is rather new to this location. I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for ten years because they are always honest with me about my car's needs. Troy helped me the rest of the way and he is also honest and friendly. They do good very work at this location - Elkridge. (Avoid the one in Jessup/Savage at all costs.)

Everyone that works there is top notch, friendly and courteous! The services were explained to me in a way that helped me understand what they did and how they benefited my car and my experience driving the car but not in a way where you feel like they're just trying to upsell you. They also didn't try to sell me any service that wasn't needed yet. Lastly, they got me in and out in quickly! But not so quickly where you wonder if they even touched your car. Overall, highly recommend!
