There was a miscommunication where I brought my Acura in for a top off of oil and fluids, and the employee that was doing thought I was getting oil change, and they drained the oil, and Mr. Aaron, and Dylan changed the oil, and fluids free of charge. Thank you very much for being awesome.

Good customer service

Problem solved before I could even stress. I love it. Got an oil change last week. Found oil on my driveway. Figured either they spilled, or didn't tighten it enough, because I know the oil wasn't there beforehand. Brought it back, asked them to look. It was a slightly bigger problem than that, BUT, the problem was already being fixed as the worker came to explain it to me. Went about like this: There is a crack in the oil pan. It's probably our fault. I have a guy on the phone now ordering a new one. We are going to fix it for you." Now THAT is service!! Showed me the issue, maintained courtesy, went above and beyond in my opinion. (It was next to the drain plug, probably from overtightening last week). I'm bringing it back in 2 days to get it done. This was God's timing. Sometimes we get to see how it works. Thank you AARON.

I have come here over the years and always think the customer service is great and they do good work. I didn't have to wait very long either.

The employees are always friendly, helpful and kind. Honestly that's why I go there.
