I enjoy coming to your place of business at this particular location at first. I didn't because every time I came to that place, somebody would rob something out of my car, but you seemed got new management. And new employees and I've been having great experiences since looking forward to coming back again.

I love this Jiffy Lube. My mom and I have been going there since forever. Everyone is always really friendly and down to earth. It has a good vibe and they work hard and try to get you in and out as fast as possible. Def recommend!

They were fast and even accepted my coupon, they keep offering on other services but thats all jiffy lubes, Great place and friendly.

Oil change was quick. The Jiffy Lube representative explained to me what they did, and what other services that Ineeded to be done on my car.

Customer service was great. The store was clean. My car ran great. Thank you! This actually was one of the more professional Jiffy Lube stores I’ve been to. I stopped patronizing the franchise because of the lack of professionalism. I would actually return this location.

Like services Bill explained everything to me plus point out problems with my vehicle will be using that location friendly staff

I came for an oil change and also got my cabin filter changed as a recommendation. Everything seems fine but my car is saying my oil still needs to be changed and I'm missing some air caps for my tires. I didn't have any tire problems beforehand. *EDIT: WENT back the next day and staff were friendly and ready to fix mistakes.????

Fast-in and out and were friendly even though I came right before closing.

Staff was very helpful in letting me know the diagnostic information about the check engine light codes for my vehicle. I appreciated the time they took to explain things to me.

This was the very first time that I took my 2018 Mazda 6 for an oil change anywhere other than a Mazda dealer. I must say that it was a very pleasant experience, and this will not be the last time. I went in, had a brief interview with one of the technicians. He was very professional, very straightforward. I gave him the keys. He told me to have a seat in the waiting room. I was in there less than 15-20 minutes, and then, as a matter of fact, I had just started to read something on my phone. The gentleman behind the counter said, "The Mazda6 is ready,." I was stunned. It was just so fast. Whenever I went to the dealership, I would be sitting there for a couple of hours for an oil change, so bravo, Jiffy Lube; you've just made a new customer.

The staff was very friendly and efficient and the service I had was done was taken care of in a timely matter.

They did what needed and it was wonderful.

Every time I come there, everyone is so professional. And they care and they come and let you know what’s wrong. And I believe his name is Rob who took care of me yesterday he was amazing!

I think they did a great even told me of other things but at this time I will be back .

Good service as always though the multiple recommendations in the high prices force recommendations are always annoying. It shouldn't cost almost $70 to change a cabin filter if it was a reasonably priced item I would have it done because this is something I can do myself

Great, honest, affordable service

I got there at 610pm on a Friday and was in and out. The staff was friendly and professional. Which I appreciated because the visit before this... the man that helped me wasn't very friendly or personable. I walked away feeling satisfied..

I had the most wonderful technician. (I can’t remember his name…sorry). He was very professional and friendly. He reviewed why I bought the car in and explained the red area to me making what I thought were appropriate recommendations without being pushy or using scare tactics. The entire experience was extremely pleasant.
