Good service as always though the multiple recommendations in the high prices force recommendations are always annoying. It shouldn't cost almost $70 to change a cabin filter if it was a reasonably priced item I would have it done because this is something I can do myself

Great, honest, affordable service

I got there at 610pm on a Friday and was in and out. The staff was friendly and professional. Which I appreciated because the visit before this... the man that helped me wasn't very friendly or personable. I walked away feeling satisfied..

I had the most wonderful technician. (I can’t remember his name…sorry). He was very professional and friendly. He reviewed why I bought the car in and explained the red area to me making what I thought were appropriate recommendations without being pushy or using scare tactics. The entire experience was extremely pleasant.

Excellent service performed by skilled technicians who have remained at the Crofton location for years.

Very helpful in getting my battery replaced when it died on the spot while I was there to get it tested. However, they told me I had warning lights on before and after which wasn’t true. Not sure how it is with other cars, but Hondas will have random warning lights on the dash after getting batteries replaced and those warning lights will disappear after you drive a little bit. It felt very sleazy the way they quickly told me I had warning lights on and then pushed past the subject when I hesitated and questioned it. I only figured out it wasn’t a big deal after doing some research. TLDR: overall very helpful but could do with some better transparency and communication.

They provided reliable service. Once I left there my car was not running the same way as I brought it in so I called and they said bring it back. When I finally limped back to Jiffy Lube a young man named Vincent immediately saw me and my car and diagnosed the problem and continued to go out of his way to assist me in fixing the issue. It seems my tire blew out softly without me knowing before leaving the center’s service area so when I turned onto northbound 3 it sound like my engine was going break apart I could not even get the car up to 40 mph. Vincent was kind, caring and so understanding. I can’t say enough about this young man. This was my first visit to the Gambrills location but I was truly grateful to be in good hands.

I always receive excellent service at this Crofton location. The service personnel are professional and willing to explain in detail what needs to be done to the car. I like that they will prioritize services needed — helps with budgeting. I have had second opinions on what they recommend and so far this Jiffy Lube has been right on target with the service needed and the pricing!
