Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1648 WESEL BLVD., HAGERSTOWN, MD, 21740-5387

On time. Fast and reliable service. Friendly staff!

The guys at this Jiffy Lube always do a great job. They smile when they greet you. They let you know what's wrong and offer solutions without pressure. They do a great job on my windows and floors too. My 4 yr old said thank you very much for getting the bird poop of his window! You made his day, lol. Even on busy days I'm in and out in reasonable time. Keep up the good work guys! We appreciate you.

Great, swift and courteous service with a smile. I’ll be back!

Fast and efficient, always a great experience!

The guys that worked on my vehicle we’re super friendly and super quick. I appreciated that the whole transaction was easy from start to finish.

great work and very informative.

The employees Jiffy Lube was very nice. Didn't take that long finish work on my car. I will tell people about Jiffy Lube Thank you all.

This location is always efficent and knowledgeable.

Needed an oil change ASAP, and my vehicle started having some issues the same day. Was able to go in and get it done in a timely fashion. It was great to see the work as it was being completed and to get communication on any recommendations and updates. Got my 2015 Infiniti QX60 serviced and will look to go back with my second vehicle as well. Staff were friendly, helpful, and it was an overall great experience. I called the office and spoke to the virtual receptionist, who gave me an awesome coupon ??. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and engine air filter replaced.

Oil change, air & cabin filter replaced & tire rotation were done efficiently. The also vacuumed my car interior as a curtesy I wasn't expecting. Wow! Waiting room was clean & busy with customers on a weekend. Jiffy Lube gets the job done & gets you on your way!

Was good and quick. Did what I asked. Just stop pointing out things to try to get us to buy overpriced extras. I mean. I know I needed an air filter. Bought one right before I came there. Replaced as soon as I got home

Excelente ?? tienen personal que habla español te dan buen servicio recomiendo

Good shop. Been using them for years and always a good experience

The service was exceptional, consistent with my previous visit in June.

Everything went well. Need a bigger and better shop for customers. Place is busy. Use to take about 30 minutes for an oil change. Now it takes a hour. Thanks

Fast and easy Oil Change

I'll tell you what! This team is fantastic. They noticed an issue with a filter and got it fixed quickly. This wasn't just a "you need a new filter" This was a potential problem that was prevented! This vehicle is one that is used for our parts delivery and if it is out of service or broken down on the side of the road, it's a big problem for our company. They were profesional and explained everything.

Quick and easy service! Had a line of customers and I was still in and out! Friendly staff too!
